Order of Units

In some of my games, my units are listed in the order in which they were built

In others, they are neatly organized into a list of armies then a list of fleets

Where is this "setting"? How can I control this option?

On webDiplomacy, I think that the only setting is "Sort possible orders:", with the options "No Sort", "Alphabetical" and "Convoys Last".

On our sister website vDiplomacy, this setting also exists, but so does the setting that you are looking for: "Sort order for units", with option for whether to list fleets first, armies first or keep the units list mixed, and option to secondarily sort the units list by build order, territory name, longitude or latitude.
