Context: the final vote anyone cast on day 1. Damo moved from DW (3 votes) to Red (0 votes).
Why it's interesting: it's a completely, and knowingly, useless vote.
What I think: townish, maybe?
Presumably, damo knew that Kaka claimed to not have a vote, meaning it was hypothetically 5 (ND) to 3 (mimi) to 3 (DW). This looks like an attempt to prevent someone dumb from jumping off of ND late and tying the vote between ND and DW. But I also wonder why he didn't just vote for ND if this was the case, so I looked back through his posts and find no mention of ND even once.
It's a strange manner to avoid a tie, but, to me, it feels more like town driven behavior than it is scummy, and it draws a lot of attention scum probably don't want there. Unless I'm giving damo too much credit and he just did something ridiculously weird and useless.

Context: three minutes left in the phase. Will was voting for Bunny, then jumped to vote mimi, then jumped back to Bunny when mimi claimed. Nobody else was voting for Bunny.
Why it's interesting: It's a meaningless vote.
What I think: scummy.
Two minutes prior to the above vote, with five minutes left in the day, Will showed up.
Then, he voted for mimi.
Mimi then softclaimed.
Will then said he wanted to keep DW alive. At the time, DW had 3 votes against them. ND had 5 (including Kaka) and mimi had 4. Will believed he was putting mimi in the lead despite the soft.
After that, mimi hardclaimed and Will voted for Bunny.
The appropriate, and obvious, move if Will actually gave a damn about keeping DW alive and was voting with that goal in mind was to move to ND. That move, even with Kaka on the wagon, would have put ND in the lead over both DW and mimi, and arguably could have been the deciding vote. Instead, he moved to Bunny, a non-wagon, and tied the vote between ND and mimi. So I asked - did Will townread ND?
No! He did not. He wrote this post with 1 minute left in the day and with Bunny at a single vote. All I see from Will is needlessly and without much effort pushing for a wagon that does not exist and going a long way to avoid stamping his name on a miskill. In doing so, he made himself completely irrelevant at the EOD.JustAGuyNamedWill wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 8:59 pmI’m unsure of ND but I think Bunny here is a better option

Context: almost two hours left in the day.Chaqa wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 7:15 pmOh I'm down for that. I wanted to give it to ND so it might blow up in his face but I think I'll settle for just voting him out.
##Vote ND
Why it's interesting: it put ND in the lead without justification late in the day.
What I think: scummy.
Chaqa, when asked for an explanation for this vote, gave this.
Jamie, shortly thereafter, asked a pertinent question.
Chaqa never answered, and the former was his final post of the day. Conveniently, it was also Chaqa's fifth post of the day as well as his first and only vote of the day. I have no reason to conclude anything else other than that Chaqa a) intentionally met the exact minimum requirements to avoid a modkill, and b) left no reasoning for his vote because he didn't have any, but knows that he'll likely fly under the radar at least for awhile.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 7:34 pmIs he scum tho?
I intend to vote for Chaqa tomorrow.
