It's dogshit when you vote worcej because he hasn't posted (and will be modkilled if he doesn't), then upon reading ONE post of his you unvote. The point of pushing on lurkers is to pressure them to play the game, not make one post and then say oh you're good now, carry on.DreamTrawler wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 3:46 pmMe voting worcej is dogshit, or me unvoting is dogshit? Other than why you happened to show up and play when there was a wagon growing on you and more importantly why the people who were wagoning you magically decided you were all clear now when you showed up, no

Hopefully this post is why they decided to move their votes away from you because that would be a goos justificationKakarroto wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 4:17 pmI'm not aware that we, as a group made any such promises. I remember that one single person did that.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 11:34 amGuys…can we not do the “vote red for scummy lurker” day 1 again?!?
He’s got like triple the posts he normally does.
He’s interacting a little and trying a little.
And we as a group kinda promised we’d reward that with letting him live till day 2 and try and see how to turn it around.
I agree. I wanna vote him too. But cmon. This is sooooo lazy, and we’re all gonna learn nothing.
So…##vote mimi.
But yeah, I've noticed that he did post more, and more important, more game relevant stuff. I do not like that he blocks off any questions about his reads, this makes it too easy to hide behind that excuse as mafia. But I do concur that he does more than in the last game.
that said @Red Neurax since you don't seem willing sharing your thoughts about people at the current time, when do you plan to reveal such things?
Also, if you could get a potato of your choice, which one would it be, at the moment?

And then removes his vote.

Re: Mafia round 93: hot potato! (game thread)
I'm not. I made it very clear that I find the votes against Dream weird but it's NAI for Dream. It is simply logical to conclude that the wagon against him was lazy or opportunistic, or both, and I believe we find scum between you and ND for wagoning on flimsy rationales such as "I need to cast a vote" and then vanishing.rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:05 pmI don't feel anyone being specially fluffy. I don't like the kill a lurker meme and his posts seems too fluffy, like he (or she) don't want to antagonize anyone.
Bu the way, why are you defending Dream?

Yeah, back out when called out. Smart moverdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:11 pmI gave my reason to vote you. This post is answering Bo post that seems targeted to get pressure of you by attacking your voters. I find really odd when someone start to say a wagon is bad even before that person have the chance to speak for himself. It's usually either scum buddying a town or scum tryng to save a partner.DreamTrawler wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:06 pm"I need to cast a vote" is no reason at allrdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:05 pm

??? I literally just said what you said in your last post - that it's weird that rdrivera and ND jumped onto voting for me for basically no reason. I actually don't mind Control V voting for me as they gave clear reasons and were the first to do so.bo_sox48 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:54 pmDid Dream just bus rdr back?DreamTrawler wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:06 pm"I need to cast a vote" is no reason at allrdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 5:05 pm

Re: Mafia round 93: hot potato! (game thread)
The chance of an explosion drops D2 because there is a 25% chance that the only active potato will have already exploded N1.Kakarroto wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 4:14 pmI do concur with the first statement.rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 08, 2025 9:45 amDamo's doing weird Math is usually a towny sign.
Buy I guess it makes some sense and I don't have the time to check it.
However when damo does false math it's usually a mafia sign. And I'm not getting why the chance goes down so much on D2, even lower the origin percentage ... and he said himself he didn't put the saving potato into account ... I really do want to see the math behind it
then again bozo has the same 19% for D2? Bozo, damo, how does that work?

Bozo - you've posted a lot but haven't voted for anyone or even really pointed fingers at anyone. Who do you suspect right now?
Re: Mafia round 93: hot potato! (game thread)
I know you said what I said. Saying what you said is what I would do if my teammate bussed me too. It could very well just be you being intelligent town too! As such, notice that I'm not voting for you, just leaving the possibility open that the wagon against you could have, as I said, either been entirely lazy - ND and rdr parking a vote on someone they don't think will fight back because they're town and they suck at this game - or a combination of lazy and opportunistic - one of ND and rdr did the above, and the other decided that parking their vote where it wasn't relevant for awhile would help them as mafia to stay under the radar. I doubt both are mafia. None of that has much to do with your alignment.
There's too much emotion in the thread right now and not enough people looking at the game logically.

Re: Mafia round 93: hot potato! (game thread)
It is obvious through damo's iterations that he was doing the same thing I was, but had some errors somewhere. I just added the probabilities of each of the 7 potatoes exploding in each phase. The probability of an explosion is highest on N7, when the last potato activates (although there is less than 1% chance that the N1 potato is still around).Kakarroto wrote: ↑Wed Apr 09, 2025 4:19 pmyeah, took a bit to read all that I've missed. Brain still a bit mushy, but I guess that's the best state in to answer questions, so if you have any, shoot them at me.
from all I've seen, I don't like ND's vote there so ##vote ND
while I concur with the thought that Dream is a little less obvious town as last game, I don't see anything eyecatching that would point to mafia on Dream; there were some people that talked way much mech, curious that ND didn't go for them, instead for a new player that is now in the lead (if I'm not wrong?) of the wagons. That's also a very usual place where mafia likes to pile on
this brings me to bozo and damo, which I'm not sure how to read here. Damo has corrected his numbers, but only after bozo posted his, and we haven't seen either maths. In the end they both kinda agreed to the same numbers (I still want to know how they get to lower than 25% on D2) so either both are mafia or those numbers are solid? I think?
I haven't noticed any correlation between them (well except the numbers) so I guess they aren't paired?
