How do you feel when people say you're very good at changing your meta as scum

I kind of had to take a step back and really think about that. On one level it is a leading question, because I haven't seen you or anyone else ask that type of question to another player. If I am wrong, then apologies. On another level it is I guess relevant to some degree? Maybe? I don't know. I did speak a bit about my philosophy in the M39 mafia qt last game and yeah I think some people have commented generally on that. That doesn't mean they are right. It's their opinion. I'm not going to re-litigate the last game and I think some of that fear comes from last game. I don't think that's a valid reason to vote for me either or risk this game on some kind of opinionated fear from last game. So how do I feel? It kind of sucks.

I prefer Damo for a lot of reasons. I've already made my case on him known. Re-read or do a search on the bot to see what I said about him previously. You all know how to use the internet.

Again -- here ND looks more concerned about our impression of his vote than about pushing the vote itself. People are asking ND for reasons he is voting Damo, and he says "It's in the thread. Look it up."

He is not trying to persuade us to vote Damo. He is trying to persuade us that he truly believes in his Damo vote.

I finally went back and read D1 (I had only really glanced at it the first time). This was an interesting observation from Balki. I was actually asking ND why he was voting for Damo because I had absolutely no confidence in my vote. I had a quick skim, but I wasn't really paying attention at the time (when I offered to sub I really didn't think I would have to jump in D1). I wasn't asking ND to justify his vote, I was asking him to give me the cliff notes on why I should be voting for Damo. The way ND responded really wasn't what I expected.

Also Bo here seems like he's almost scared of engaging too much. In past games, I don't remember that kind of reluctance.

I'm definitely making it a point to sit back and take things in as opposed to engaging, particularly since I got the box and revealed it. I'm also rather busy in real life, somewhat disenchanted with this game, and fairly consistently falling behind in reading it. I'll be around a bit more tomorrow before the EOD, but generally speaking the degree to which I have been participating here is reminiscent of all of those things, not of me being scared of the game.

I really latched onto Damo and felt there was good circumstancial evidence d1 for his lynch. I really didn't see Peter as being scum (either) day and by the end of day 1 I was in a wait and see mode with flash and all I had on Jamie was my meta read which I felt was obvious but I was waiting to see hwat flash would do.

You just said Jamie was obviously scum to you on day 1. Why would you not go hard on someone on day 1?

How was his point opportunistic? He's voting you and rereading you, and you're already the leading wagon.

If Damo had flipped D1 I would have had to re-evaluate everything but hindsight is always 20/20 dude.

I am not exactly sure the point of this question as it is a hypothetical. Is this a trying to find scum question...or are you trying to school me on the game?

I probably would have gone back and had a re-read to find out what I had missed, asked others "how did they know" because I hadn't seen it?

It obviously would have been very positive for ND as he was a lead on that wagon. People were already remarking that ND must be town just because of the change in activity level and change in tone vs the previous game (except Balki, which is why I made a note of his comment now).
