Point and click UI: Convoy kidnapping an Army and convoying it against its will

According to Avalon Hill's Official Rulebook (the one linked to on the WedDip's Intro to webDiplomacy page), in the "Land and Convoy Routes" section, it says an Army that could arrive at its destination either by land or convoy will use the land route if none of the convoying Fleets belong to the player who controls the Army, and goes on to say "This prevents foreign powers from kidnapping an Army and convoying it against its will."
Using a Sandbox I was able to set up the following situation:
English army on SWE, German army on DEN, French Fleet in SKA:
Using WebDip's Point and click UI, England orders SWE move [note it's move, NOT via Convoy] to DEN, Germany orders DEN move to SWE, France orders SKA convoy SWE-DEN.
The result is the armies exchange places, which is only possible if the convoy was used, but the convoying fleet was French, not English.
