isn't it a bit late in the day to be making joke votes? especially since in #608 you seemed pretty convinced about red, and now you're moving off them without warning, to a mostly nonviable wagon. is this just your way of unvoting while still meeting participation requirements?

I've read a game or two before, so I understand that not going through with a day kill is bad, but I wasn't sure how ties were dealt with.
I don't get what you're asking, the point of that post was to analyze the two people who were off-wagon at EoD. Also, I double checked the thread, and Will actually ended on worcej
found the one I was thinking of. I don't think I read all the way through, but I did read a good portion of it. link is to the start of day 1

Heres my reasoning on why Neurax was not the move
This game is going to have some mechanics to help/hurt other players and reveal their roles. That is why I didn;t really feel like killing Neurax. Neurax lurking and playing as such was not in any way alignment indicative![]()

The villagers looked toward the sky as a very large owl swooped majestically overhead. Its wings made a gentle whoosh as it soared over them, eyes gleaming, plumage magnificent.
"Is that an omen?" asked one.
"Nay, just a superb owl."

Regarding my point, see a few posts abovekingofthepirates wrote: ↑Sun Feb 09, 2025 7:51 pmso mainly this is done with the intention of looking at all reasons people gave for their various D1 votes, any similarities or interesting patterns. everything after 5 minutes before phase end is scramble time, and i think unlikely to yield any interesting reasons. So while doing it, I realized... there's like 14 people left... so I'm just gonna lookat a few interesting ones (like pivotal votes, 3rd voter, votes from people currently sus'd by others).
dip (idk first in order): switched votes most often (7 times), feels very arbitrary. mostly stuck on red based on lurking (also in general lowkey I hella sus the people on the red wagon who sited lurking as the only reason... that somewhat screams low effort scum reasoning, especially since I think there's much more to it...). Seemed intersted in a bb wagon. is that interest still there?
will: final vote on dip feels random, like there's 2 minutes left, the dip wagon is not gonna take off. Feels like trying to take an opportunity to slip off the dip wagon but also avoid the red wagon.
food: honestly? all the votes here don't seem to bad. red lurk vote is as above ig. but also has past history of doing that so... nia
mimi: "I'll move off when..." votes, I kinda get this mindset. NIA, though I can see how it might look bad in others eyes
gonna go hunt for more, I remember this morning on my phone I checked and someone's votes really ticked me off and buzzed me the wrong way... I'll see if I can find it again.

at this point the votes were 6 on red, 3 on ND, 5 on me (I think I might have crossposted ghug's vote but I'm not sure)
I was voting ND, in the hopes of provoking discussion and meaningful votes
-side note but ghug claimed to do literally the same thing by voting me which actually kind of removed a wagon by placing me at 5 and ND at 3. scummy
by this point I was very concerned that the wagon on me might overtake the wagon on red, especially because bozo, miminena and vecna were more likely to vote me if my wagon was tied with red's after red voted me (making it seem like the me wagon was potentially and likely succeeding, bandwagon effect), so I voted red(who was my scumread, after all), to hopefully tip the bandwagoning towards red instead of me
TLDR: with red present, I was done voting for info because red was likely to trigger a bandwagon
