Full Press bots never ready
In every full-press bot game I've played, the bots never ready up and just let time run out. They're also not responding to any messages. Is anyone else having this problem? I've been trying to get them to work for nearly a week.

They respond only when my orders aren’t saved, so only when there is !!, which becomes annoying when I’m wanting to make sure i have some order put in so I don’t miss the target.

Yes, but they also never move their armies and stuff. I'm readied up, but they just don't.

I am still being ghosted by the AI. This is getting sad, not even AI can pretend to like me.

I also see the option to make games with full press bots has disappeared. Was it all an April fools joke?

I note that recently, I was involved in a drama in which I played a part that many said that I 'was made to play.'
Sometimes, even when pretending, we present reality.

I believe Kestas always opens up game creation for these temporarily - there are only so many FP bot games his PC can run at a time. So this option always goes away after a little while.

It's happening to me again, months later. Literally what is going on

Hulloh Bot - the game has started - everyone is waiting.
Do you really have to wait 3 days? In the overview it says they have given their orders.

The game should progress when you have readied your orders. You shouldn't have to wait gunboat bots at all.

It says - "orders completed, but not ready for next turn".
Tested sending a new message to a bot, but it ignored me now

But they wrote more after that, and the game proceeded after 3 days. A bit slow for a bot game, but it works.

Re: Full Press bots never ready
Please let me know the game ID if you are having troubles with the full press bots. Hopefully things have been fairly stable, but the full press bots are very, very resource intensive; it's about 15 minutes for one bot to process, and in each game there are 6 bots, so it's like an hour and a half of processing per game per phase, *per message* (across all players). This is why we only run 10 full press bot games at a time; we've got $7k worth of 2x4090 GPU power (mainly for the 48GB VRAM needed) and it can only just about support that many games.
Yep if you select to create a new bot game you can choose the type, and full press is an option, but there is a cap of 10 games. To be honest at some point we may need to make it a pay to play thing as it really is so power and resource intensive, and it's curently just a lottery as to who gets to play. (And it all goes straight to my personal power bill, which isn't really fair and is a lot harder to absorb with some different personal circumstances to a couple of years ago.)
I was quietly hoping new cheap AI GPUs would come out that would make it much cheaper, but after waiting a year for the 5090s I don't think it's happening.
