The landscape has changed, with the U.S. East Coast obliterated by atomic warheads; St. Louis is now the Capitol. Geo-political power has changed the world into five associated nations, with much power vested in the United Nations and The World Bank.

Law 2094/1992 of the Greek Republic is the current legislation concerning cars, what is illegal to do while driving and all car related issues.
