The site had a bad SSL certificate, so browsers warn you when you try to visit it. That's always been an issue though. Try clearing your cache or going straight to https://mafia.peterlund.se/e/web/game_status?g=1034&phase=night&num=2 or something.

Although WebDip was offline, I decided I could use the Bot to explore some questions:

1. Does Dip's flip tell us anything about Ghug?

2. I recall people during D2 were talking about end-hammering. Who was leading the discussion on this (I think it was Damo?) and was there anything scummy about that discussion?

3. Reread everyone else.

Re-reading all of Dip&War's posts mentioning Ghug, I can't see anything that stands out, now I have the knowledge of Dip's alignment.

Re-reading all of Ghug's posts mentining Dip:

Ghug townread Dip very early, on p.4.

D1 Ghug told Straight that he things read lists are scummy, but when Dip posted a reads list on p.16 Ghug didn't react negatively to him doing so. It's a minor point but quite inconsistent from Ghug there.

Ghug understood the case I made on Dip though he was not persuaded Dip was scum.

As D2 went on, Ghug more and more strongly indicated he felt Dip was town.

That's all pretty inconclusive.


2. Who was talking about end-hammering and what was their motivation?

Damo was the first person to talk about ending, on Page 26. Then Red Neurax asked a variant of the question about ending, later on the same page.

Damo then had a weird exchange with me in which he implied he knew the answer to the auto-hammer question he had asked, but that he asked it because he was "bluffing" to see if scum would react in some way. I am not sure exactly what reaction Damo was expecting here, and my gut feeling during that conversation was that Damo was attempting to town-tell in some fashion, or just make it look like he was trying to do something clever.

Hmmmm.

I had forgotten about the idol mechanic. I didn't want it to be too obvious I wasn't idol holder hence the bluffing comment.
