What's the case on RHK Maniac?

I REALLY don't like the claim. Like REALLY, REALLY don't like it. But I had been pretty firmly townreading RHK before that.

The claim makes me fine with shooting RHK though. If he actually is PR, it's piss poor town play to give it up so easily without attempting to mount a defense for himself.

This is one of the scumiest post I have seen this game. Basically you said it's fine to shoot the Watcher because he is playing badly.

Do you believe his claim? Like at all? From a town perspective, why give up that you're watcher? That's a powerful role we have. He literally didn't even try to defend himself. It's obviously a fishing claim.

So tham and someone else were rb'd. No idea on a gun. Thankfully, no PRs in the open, but that means we have no hard information to go on, besides town jesus.

I still don't like tham, but I'd need to see who the other rb was first. Also I still think rd is off.

Are you suggesting that after not believing brain's claim the first time and not blocking him N1, they suddenly did tonight? N1 I can see using it on snowy, if they thought he was the smith.

Of course, the other option is you're the hooker if there isn't a second rb claim.

Why? Because I'm pissed off that either:

a) if you're actually Watcher, you just outed yourself with relatively little pressure. Maniac said "I'm thinking shooting RHK." He didn't say, "RHK, you're dead. I'm shooting you. Give me your reads." You could and should have tried to convince him your town without outing one of our more powerful roles.

b) if you're not actually Watcher and you are town, you actually suck at this game

I don't get how your argument refutes my point. You said tham AND SOMEONE ELSE. Like that you knew there were 2 RBs. Not that tham and possibly someone else were RB'd.

We discussed this D2. It is very possible that mafia didn't use their RB. I'm sure the nurse used theirs. So guaranteed there's 1 RB. Not guaranteed there's 2.

Tell me why they would have NK'd BB and RB'd him too.

The Hooker and Nurse can RB each other, yes. In that case, the Nurse's save would be blocked because kills happen later in the Order of Operations, but both RB's would go through as they are simultaneous.

No dumbass mafia, in a setting that has BOTH TOWN AND SCUM ALIGNED RBS, would holster twice. it doesn't create a soft clear without a claim. Unless they're so god damn dumb they forgot to submit an rb (which, in fairness, has happened before), there is no logical reason to not use a PR role. This is as dumb as not honding out guns, esp. in a setup like this.

Maniac wasn't rb, which means the nurse didn't save him.

Tom wasn't rb, which means he wasn't saved AND either scum didn't believe him or the hooker wasn't online (check your EoN non-posters, everyone)

So you're saying they wouldn't have assumed that Maniac would be RB'd by the nurse save? Because then all Maniac would have to do is say he was RB'd and then the other RB'd person would be cleared.
