I don't like how Jamiet approaches a vote on him. This is a little bit passive-aggressive and a little bit of implying damo should have to prove he's town to jamiet.

There are two ways to help town win during the day.

1. Find Scum
2. Find Town

You are suggesting you are unaware of method (2).

I am suggesting that you are trying to intimidate other players into agreeing with you / townreading you to avoid being scumread by you.
As town, this type of strategy causes players to target other town over maf who sheep them.
As mafia, this strategy is effective as a method of garnering townreads from other players.

How likely should each person be, on average, to activate their phaser?

Well, if town play optimally then on average it's the same thing.

However people will approach differently depending on their style and general community view. Somebody who is frequently NKd early will probably activate early and vice versa. Ofc having said that scum will go against the norm but knowing that town will change their thinking but then scum will alter theirs and so on....

Now let's hope scum haven't a clue what to do.

Unpopular opinion: I know people like to only vote lurkers if they continue lurking for several days, but by d2-d3 there's usually enough grudges and arguments going around that everybody mostly forgets about the lurkers.

The scummiest progression I have seen so far is Jamie’s lean on DW.

Jamie suggested DW was scum in responding to my “Who is scum?” with “Yes, he is” - not, “Yes, who is?” as in “who is scum” but saying, “Yes, Who is scum” while DW was roleplaying as Doctor Who. However, he never directly answered my question as to whether this was his meaning.

Jamie then came actually moved onto and voted DW for the “fakery” of his Who roleplay, even though this kind of behaviour is by its nature “fake,” and for doing “Nothing else” despite there being much clearer lurkers in the game.

This suggests to me that Jamie is fixated on DW inauthentically, from a scum mindset. He singled out DW a priori but didn’t want to address this baseless fixation when I called it, until he had come up with a small reason to actually scumread DW.

Also, this says nothing about DW’s alignment.

A scum would have seen the role PMs are identical and all town have phasers. A town might not read carefully and think they are special for having a phaser.

not a lot to go on so far this game.

I have generally favorable feelings about; damo, darg and potentially also will/food/jamiet. Theres nothing really strong here whatsoever. for obvious reasons.

RDR is in his scum meta, based on very thin observations

Argent did that classic "new" scum thing of talking about how they should be able to play decently, but still trying to focus on how clueless they really are.

I could see D&W as scum I guess.

I cant really read ghug and bona and red atm. Same for Bozo

Doctor Crusher reports nothing medically wrong with the crew. She personally checked all the transporter logs for crew returning from Risa.

Counselor Troi detects nothing wrong with any of the crew; and no other consciousness she can sense.

Lieutenant Commanders Data and Laforge are running a diagnostic on the ship, but have yet to find anything that has caused the communication systems to go down. Their best explanation is that the partially completed repairs have caused issues.

And during all this the crew insist that they do not trust the rest of the crew.
