You did - and I followed what you were saying. But when we ranked players, I had you in my middle, maybe a bit town-leaning. I keep going back to analyzing the EOD votes, how they came in, the craziness that ensued…. You were involved in both (yes, I was too). Bozo’s involvement at first made me suspicious but in reading it back I feel like it wasn’t malicious. Worcej I’m still very much on the fence, hence why the RB roster slot.

I'm also surprised you're offering me doc, because if we're wrong on ghug, and you are scum with someone other than worcej, then you're still giving me a chance to keep town alive with a save.

I'm pretty sure one of them is Flum. Flum's Kak stuff D1 was weird. Kak's constantly pushing Flum was very scum Kak. There's a good chunk of the game where sweet was either not pushing anyone on his team or soft bussing Flum, and when presented with the opportunity to kill Flum he didn't take it.

The other one I'm unsure about.

Sweet pushed bozo incessantly for the first few days, starting even before he'd read most of the game. I don't really know how to read bozo because I find his scumhunting logic bad in most games, but I do think especially in the past couple days he hasn't been bloodthirsty hunter bozo and he has had some confusing takes on mechanics.

Worcej and sweet had surprisingly little interaction until sweet started responding to him a bunch after you claimed. That's a very typical scum teammate pattern, but not one I think sweet would actually follow. That post we're talking about is very bold for scum. I could see him making it but I don't think it's that likely. The rest of worcej I find scummier.

Yeah, so in my experience there's 3 main strategies scum players have.

Play like town: This is when the scum player just tries to get in a town headspace and play identical to how they would if they are town.
Deep threat: This is a scum player intentionally trying to make it to the endgame and avoiding all manners of suspicion or incriminating evidence
Openwolf: This is the opposite. They actively play scummy and play under the assumption they will get caught before the endgame. They push a scummy agenda to waste time in the early phases.

It's not wrong, either works. If we have 2 clears with one mafia left, we can guarantee a win mechanically.

Does it help to know that I always push for chaos at EoD because I think scum are worse at reacting in time-boxed pressure situations than they are if they have time to think?

I also don't know how mine was more malicious. Yesterday I was just trying to get a valid roster in. I tried to copy my old one with a change to make it valid, and then Bozo (falsely) told me it was still invalid so I copied his with one PR change.

The other one I can kind of understand, but I also thought bozo and Flum were there and ready to change to break ties and then they weren't.

I’m happy to be both, as I previously stated last night. But I also want to be mindful now more than ever of consensus and developing a plan.

What do you make of bozo saying he thinks you're town, that we can't risk a scum PR, but he wants to risk gambling on someone else being the QB?

What I make if it is that he also townreads Flum. And the thought process behind this approach and the different ways it could go - it seems legit to me.

Adding more reads to these powers reduces our odds of success
