So I think we need to get back to the day at hand.

Alright, I think we have thoroughly confused ourselves over this oracle thing. Let's get back to scumhunting.

Questions to hopefully get us back on track:
1) Is there any reason Yav is town?
2) ND is third on Xorxes list. How has he changed since Xorxes died?
3) Flash is another popular scumread. Ignoring what Jamie did and the fact that he has been a low poster, why is he scum?

1) Yavu went full meltdown after the Ezio lynch in much the same way when I revealed him as my lover in 39. Wild posts, nonsensical and incomprehensible at times. I don’t see any town angles in his posts since then.

2) I’ve been kinda town on ND over the game, but that’s more for what he hasn’t done rather than what he has (he’s not gone full ompah-oompah like last game), but I’ve seen occasional good posts from him over the game. Nothing since the scum flip, but we super rushed that.

3) Flash mostly suffers sins of the father here. It’s that he hasn’t done anything to make up for Jamie’s really off play.

I've never encountered Flash before. He certainly hasn't done much of notice. Has he played before? Should I expect more? What's the case on him?

I don't have anything other than my read on him Balki, but based on this:

-enters the game just so happens to vote the biggest wagon that forms late in the day against DemonRHK/Damo.
-happens to be a deciding vote on Peter again another late in the day wagon formed against DemonRHK/Damo.

I thought Jamie was exhibiting scum tells D1 before he subbed out. As in he did things I look for with him in particular. Flash also is playing different then he did in the previous game where he was town and I was scum. All of this combined leads me to believe he is scum, but it's just my read. I don't have more than that.

I've played with flash once or twice. He's struck me as a bit on the quiet side, but clearly smart and analytical.

I could excuse being even quieter on account of his being a sub, but the fact that he hasn't even tried to present a thought, original or otherwise, is really problematic. He drops in each day, parks a vote on me, disappears, and then votes for one of the top wagons right at EoD without explanation.

When I asked why he voted for Peter N2, he refused to give a reason beyond saying he scumread him more than damo, repeatedly deflecting by pointing out that I had also voted for Peter.

I also agree with ND on Jamie. When Jamie is town, he gets mad at people for playing in a way he doesn't like and accuses them of being scum. It's horrendous play. When he's scum, he still gets mad, but it's at anything and everything, and he doesn't latch onto it to fuel his scumhunting. I think that's the Jamie we saw here.

Yeah Flash is a bit on the quieter side. In past games I have scumread him for admittedly bad reasons. I can't read him that well. TBH I can't read anyone well early in the game though.

Xorxes is God mode from day 3 or 4 on. He's only mortal early.

I feel out of sorts in this game. I don't really have a strong feeling about people. Usually, I like to read other people's detailed reads and get a feel from that. I guess I don't see the same level of involvement in this game as I have seen in others. I don't have the time/too lazy to drive it myself...and I am a bit tired of always rolling the same thing (you can believe that or not).

Actually I think post count wise this game is on par or better than other games you have played. And we dont have bb making half the posts. True, some players are being lame ducks, but there are still a lot of players that are driving the conversation.

There isn't really much point in debating Jamie's antics since he isn't here to answer for them, but I for one thought that leaving the game over a GM decision was either a bluff gone bad or genuinely just being pissed off, which is at worst NAI for him.

I'll ##VOTE Ike for now so that we have three trains, albeit one looks like it's beginning to run away.
