I fundamentally disagree with the mega superpowered player. This game is just townsided (from what i’ve thought about at least) and the best way for scum to counteract that is to limit our PR information

I believe D1 was mafia trying to push a mafia player into the consensus towncore

13-4 (maybe 13.5-4?) i believe is a townsided setup in vanilla play, so with powers, its townsided

Eh, balance usually assumes powers, and 12-4 is around the sweet spot. Add in the inability to actually vote and the weakness of the powers and lack of clears and I don't think it really favors town.

There are players who in a single game play runningback and wideout. There is a TE taysom hill who also plays as quarterback. There are quarterbacks who line up as wideout in the wildcat; even famous scores have happened in these plays such as the philly special. Ect.

If you dont really know a whole lot about football I am happy to educate. :)

Yeah, this is pretty rough in terms of people not doing things. My thoughts on each player on who to put in the PR spot.

Will: I think he's probably town, would give him a PR spot.

Bunny: I have to realize he'd go for the power position as either alignment. I think I'm just willing to give him the doctor/watcher position but not the JOAT. He's one of the only players trying to push the game state forward right now so if he is town, it would be good to give him a chance to prove it.

Damo: I think he's probably town, would give him a PR spot.

Bona: Ehhh, not feeling he's a town in sync with the game yet.

Bozo: Unless he reveals something, I don't want him getting it twice in a row.

Ghug: Ditto Bozo

Fluminator: Handsome and would vote for myself.

Worcej: I would give it to him. He's always hard to read so giving him a chance to prove himself if he's town would be useful on him.

Glitterbomb: Honestly, giving her the power of a PR would be so much fun considering this is her second game.

There is a problem with putting someone in the doctor and watcher slots that I did not realize. The watcher apparently can't self watch, so the mafia can target the doctor to kill the TE without risk of being watched, if the doctor is also the watcher. One possible way to deal with this is to put a widely scum read player in the TE slot, since even if that player was town, the mafia would be NKing a potential mis-kill. Obviously, another solution is to not put a player in the doctor/watcher slots.

I think there's gotta be at least one scum aggressively going for the PR position. The two main ones were Bunny, Bozo, and Will I think? There is also ghug who we sort of just dumped the roll on him, but I still include him in the list because I could see scum ghug taking the gift and other scum hanging back as ghug gets the power.

To Bunny's credit, he got the most pushback at getting the PR role. If he had partners would he have gotten more support? I think I remember Bozo getting a little pushback but it was weak.

I'm going to be honest; I'm happy to be subbing but my attention right now is strongly focused elsewhere. Consequently I am not sure I will bother doing much more than maybe skimming what's been said before.

I did not realize this was 17 players, I thought it would be another pseudo-dead Olympics game that could be read in a few minutes.

100% will read the setup and figure out mechs, but definitely not going to engage with boring mech plan stuff. Let's focus on the actual players and not the mechs for once, FFS.

At last tally it was going to Kak for I/R so I thought a change by me to Kak wasn’t needed. But Will, Flum and Bozo all voted last minute to make TFB take the lead over Kak. Maybe an intention scum move to prevent us from actually hitting a mafia and losing two instead of the three that would have happened with two mod kills?

I would like to see some consolidation on RB1 on someone other than myself before EOD to prevent mafia interference. I would have put someone at 3 votes for RB1 with my first official vote if I had noticed I have 2 votes.
