It has been a thing that has bothered me greatly lately.

Why join a game if you aren't going to participate? And if you can't play anymore get a sub.

Several games recently have featured Town getting absolutely screwed over by this behavior.

Only 1/3 odds of tracker…is important distinction in this game. Role block is almost meaningless until we catch a scum or two. Once we catch 2, becomes meaningful.

Only 1/3 odds of tracker…is important distinction in this game. Role block is almost meaningless until we catch a scum or two. Once we catch 2, becomes meaningful.

Right, I mixed up the tracker and watcher roles so i thought the thing that the watcher does had a 1/3 chance and vice versa

Still, its better than nothing to at least put a scum in the RB slot. Even if minute, it gives us a slightly better chance at catching someone

The fact that an absentee was flipped is unfortunate. Very little info. Who was pushing this low-info flip? It appears that Fluminator was, even after obtaining GM confirmation that TFB was about to be Modkilled. This ties into Fluminator's earlier behaviour of refusing to engage with the reads of anyone who hadn't submitted them as @@Official votes. He was persistently opposed to information and just pushed a kill on someone who was absent.

Fluminator is scum.

The last 4 lists (sweet, Will, Flum, Bozo) all put TFB as I/R. As scum knowing tfb was town and likely to be modkilled wouldn't you try get a second kill? Or just vote tfb to look quasi ignorant and therefore town. It's classic wifom and nai.

Don't read this as a defense of Jamie. They don't need me doing that for them.

I'd like to suggest that there's been a bit of a change in philosophy around that.

I am having a difficult time seeing the type of info we can gain around looking at everyone's roster.

For a start we can identify followers and dissenters.

I was quasi ignorant either way.

I had no idea TFB was in danger of being daykilled.

I just saw discussion about him possibly being modkilled and I figured if I put my vote there I wouldn't influence the outcome for the day.

Which was desirable to me since I wasn't making an informed decision.
