That is a pretty good point, and it requires a posting of the role so we are all clear. Not sure that makes you a bit more on the town side for bringing it up, but it doesn't hurt.

From the doc:

Bet on Champion Identity:

Success: Gain a use of steroids and immunity from DK for the following day phase. Will not be able to make this bet again.

Failure: Dies end of next night phase.

NOTE: This bet resolves End of Night. That is, Gambler will be notified of the outcome when night ends.

Bet on Identity of DK Target:

Success: Immunity from DK for the following phase. After two successes cannot make this bet anymore.

Failure: Mafia loses the NK for a phase.

NOTE: This bet resolves End of Day. The Immunity from DK is activated for the following phase.

Bet on Player’s Post Count for the Day:

Success: If exactly correct, can set a post limit of their choice that the targeted player must follow for the following phase. That player will not be aware of the post limit set upon themself (unless that limit is zero in which case the player will be informed EoN that they are muted for the phase). If their guess is within 15 posts, they can limit the player's post count the following day to 15 less than the current day's post count.

Failure: Every two failures will reduce the Gambler's post count limit by 10. First, a limit of 80 posts will be established. Then after two more failures the limit will be 70, then after two more it will be 60, and so on.

NOTE: This bet resolves end of day and its effect activates the next day phase.

Bet on Player’s EoD Vote:

Success: Target Player’s vote does not count.

Failure: Gambler’s vote does not count.

NOTE: This bet resolves and its effect activates end of day.
how does a failed eod vote identify the gambler?
it seems like it would only identify that one of the players on the wagon of the gambler either got successfullly eod vote-betted or is the gambler
##call gm
what happens if the drug dealer doubles the gambler's vote but the gambler loses a bet on who someone else will vote for at EoD?
Good question. The math I am using is 2*0=0.

That is, Gambler's vote will not count.
##Call GM, does the gambler only get to bet on the public vote, or does the secret vote count?

This is basically buddying.

What a fond memory...
Are you saying I'm buddying you by voting you?
No, they're independent actions.

I don't think you really believe my wagon is going anywhere and there's utility in getting me to not vote for you regardless.
If I'm wrong and you're town, you'll not vote me because you're good at seeing what I'm putting down.

Hamilton, damo, kotp, d&w: likely town. I'm wrong about at most 1 I'd wager. And I'm disinterested in voting.

Chaqa is chaqa...It's seeming townier? But he's hard to read.

Yoyo is still largely absent and non-entity. Glad we didn't kill the lurker...

ghug, Flav, just: there's at least 1 scum here I'd wager.

##vote Just. The other two have had moments where I've wondered about my read.

Untrue. I’ve made more posts than 2 players and typed more words than 2 players even considering my inactivity D1. Looks like sowing more seeds for a MK

Together, they lift up Haze and defenestrate him.

On his way down, Haze accepts his fate: "I guess I am okay with this, tbh."
Why did it take 11 bodybuilders to lift one Haze?
Because they mist leg day.

and yes, that's real

kotp I just soulread after that reaction to my mech

ghug has been contributing in positive ways, which is more than I can say for you, HB

bunnygo I am townreading because I think the wagon yesterday was wholely unjustified. It was based off of one discrepency in bunny's vote reasons.

will is null for having done some towny things and some scummy things
yoyo is a lurker but I dont want to kill them today bc of gambler

hb has been passive aggressive all game and I would be happy to see them eliminated today.

damo said some really shitty tmi stuff earlier and has been kind of lurking

Chaqa wants to sheep and is potentially coasting

FA has also not been contributing particularly positively and has been making low-effort posts
Does N1 not mean anything to anyone? I was at a birthday party today but I’ve been mostly active otherwise since EOD1. Also why is Chaqa not labeled a lurker? He’s arguably contributed less than me.

I’m gonna go against the grain a little and say I feel like Flavius feels much less like his town game from last game and more like his scum game from two games ago.

I suspect Jamie was killed as the top town poster. Nothing less, nothing more. I think scum!Flav is looking to dominate the game thread.

Scum partner maybe Yo-yo?
I’d like to know your reasoning behind me being a scum partner to Flav. Both he and I were the top wagons for EOD1. Maybe I could have voted Haze to save him, but wouldn’t it have been easier for me to bus him for points? Wouldn’t it make more sense for Damo to be his partner, seeing that he was the one that started the last minute train on Haze instead of Flav?

I'm not gonna vote Bunny or Brian and yoyo has a daypass. Everyone else is game from mpov but I've no idea which way to jump.

Of those off top two wagons D1 two are dead town, one is my top townread and the other is kotp. Does this make kotp more or less likely scum? Thoughts?
Something something gamblers paradox

Not particularly but I suppose it’s mostly vibe based. Maybe he’s just playing better.

Damo-yoyo is probably the most likely yoyo pairing.
The Bunny wagon still seems a bit questionable and potentially maf-driven.
Damo and yoyo never voted for Bunny so thats just a big fat contradiction right there
excellent point
I think Michael Jackson mentioned something about this. Something something the lie becomes the truth.

I have a theory that both mafia are just on Haze come eod

##VOTE DAMO for now
Do you have an explanation of that theory?
I hope so, but it seems nothing so far :(... why damo specifically over the other voters?

I didn't expect a quiet will, what happened to wanting to be town lead?

I know I get wrapped up in my own tinfoil head most of the time but this seems like some coaching from yoyo.
i think it's pretty valid since I don't post too often. even getting hit within the 15 posts of the guess can severely limit my posts. I shall attempt to be more active and inconsistent with post counts. I think this could go for all notoriously low posters.

I disagree point 1, i'm not getting a vibe from flav of wanting to dominate the thread and guide discussion (which is what i imagine when one dominates the thread). what makes you think he's trying to dominate?

and any reasoning for yoyo as the partner?
