Each night must place 2 bets. Can choose to make a bet public. Public bets will be announced at the beginning of day.

NOTE: Gambler may send 1 bet to GM before game start. Gambler is allowed to target themself. Each night phase they must place 2 bets.

Was that really where you read it? Or was that in your PM from Sweet?

My Role PM didn't say anything about the Gambler, it only spoke about my amazing body.

Will has outright said that he tried to set a reaction test trap for me, based on knowing that the Gambler's Role PM was different to the Gambler rules described in the Setup Document.

How can anyone know there would be a difference between those two things UNLESS THEY ARE SCUM?

I think will's rt was a bit wack (and maybe this is just my lack of understand about the game, but the crumb was placed awkwardly), and jamie's response is fine. slight scum points for will in my book. NIA jamie's response. I do think Jamie's defense of haze is rather out of the blue though, which is slightly scummy. Not enough for me to jump to voting them though.

haven't noticed any particular issues yet. ##unvote since flav came back. chaqa seems to still be flying under the radar, surprisingly. ##vote chaqa. let's see if we can squeeze anything out of this...

currently most inclined to keep the vote on chaqa (reasoning hasn't changed). haze is a fine secondary target in my book, I agree that their posts seem to be lacking in substance with only 1 read and they're pretty passive on the solving side (not really pushing questions/grilling anyone for their responses).

I agree although this seems more like a strategy to protect yourself from only having 15 posts than a strategy to try to limit the gambler’s post count which felt like the original goal.

It's fairly obvious how this ends up working
for example, if the gambler bets on themself voting for someone, their vote won't work if they vote for that person, and it also won't work if they vote for someone else

Scum has incentive to let it sit and see if nobody notices. Nobody else called it out, so I don't know why Will specifically would look townie for not calling it out.

Nah, it's a fine question.

I see no problem following the document. If a Gambler bets on themselves and succeeds then they will earn that effect. If they manage to fail, then they earn that effect.
