I think I can second that. I read carefully, and honestly, as much as I valued Tom's contribution, I wasn't impressed by its sophistication not quantity. He didn't seem as if his deduction could really show the way. Not to criticise ofc, just to out some surprise.

Can you point to examples of sophistication in Tom's play? What's your view of the game currently?

Appearing directly after the night kill to say “Oh, how interesting” sounds a lot like bad play acting. It sounds a lot like someone trying to communicate “I did not know why was about to be Night Killed.” So I wanted you to elaborate on what you found so interesting.

Incidentally, I find your explanation unconvincing.

Tom is well respected, and he has probably discussed as a night 1 kill target during multiple mafia games in which he has appeared as town. I would think you would share the understanding that I have, which is mafia try to kill strong town players, all other things equal. Not that Mafia try to kill loud or outspoken players.
