I don’t know that I wanted it over super quickly, but the game likely will end after two day phases anywayGlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:18 pmOk, what was the reasoning for that Damo? Seems like you basically screwed us over and I’m not sure how you can explain that away. Seems awfully scummy.
And Chaqa, you wanted this game over quickly…. What would be a reason for that of town? Too much going on in life?

You said you wanted to make this a two day game. Looks to be you may be getting your wish.Chaqa wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:26 pmI don’t know that I wanted it over super quickly, but the game likely will end after two day phases anywayGlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:18 pmOk, what was the reasoning for that Damo? There were no scum incontention so the ferwer the deaths the better. In particular TFB gave me an opportunity to save Flav so I took it.
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
TBF, 9 player minis are short. Game 1 that your husband was in was unique due to lack of night kills.GlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:28 pmYou said you wanted to make this a two day game. saying thisGlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 9:56 pmOk so help me understand…. We can have multiple kills but with the same vote counts? Open to casting another vote for the good of town of it makes sense? In 3 minutes…

I wonder if this worcej indignation is a scum facade
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
**sigh**
I think I finally just give up on you as a player damo.
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
No, I just don't want to get a multi-game ban honestly.
I am so incredibly angry at you as a human being.

Ha! Not sus at all! I didn’t get an answer or information that cleared up why placing another vote for someone I wasn’t convinced on made sense for town. Sure we could’ve had two or more kills, but I didn’t want to be reckless and vote another town out just to have another kill. The super last minute votes - to change what seemed to be our consensus for a while now, that’s sus. Just to save Flav who you say is so clearly town?damo666 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:32 pmthen thisGlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 9:58 pmAnd with that, I’m just gonna stay with what I’ve done then. Three town deaths would have been disastrous no?GlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:40 pmHa! Not sus at all! Again, that’s assuming that they’re all town. When it seemed like we were all pretty aligned on who we thought wasn’t. So again, why is Flav so obviously town in your eyes?damo666 wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:42 pmThree town deaths would have been disastrous no?GlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:40 pmHa! Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
I guess you townread me now then?
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
One kill was the worst result possible.
Mafia is a team game damo. We're (probably) trying to win as a team. You made an incredibly selfish move contrary to what a majority of your teammates wanted just because you believe something and waited until the last second to do that thing. I have put significant effort in this mini-game right here and you just made it almost impossible for town to win next phase by setting up.
Human to human here, no game motivation here: I've not been this angry since I had that meltdown with ghug and Durga where I called her a certain name and got a multi-game ban. I want to go nuclear for what you just did at the end of that phase - I know it's irrational, but I am just so done with mafia now after that by you.
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
No, not at all.
There is no way I town you for that intentional one-kill on fisch.
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
Seriously, I am not lying - I would ask for a sub and disconnect from Mafia for a few games if I could after this, but I have to GM the next game.
Re: WebMafia Olympics - Game #2 - Star Trek TNG: The Republic of Q [GAME THREAD]
Well yes. I mean I don't know but I got that feel so I did what I think best. Flav's top townreads coincided with mine and he could have easily voted me if he were scum, he didn't so he isn't. Simple as that.GlitterBomb wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2024 10:43 pmAgain, that’s assuming that they’re all town. When it seemed like we were all pretty aligned on who we thought wasn’t. Start figuring out how we can maintain control of the day kill on day 2.
I'm too angry-blind to see a solution to our problem.
