I mostly agree here - damo is rubbing me very poorly currently with the "I'm not going to vote until near end of phase" and it's very contrary to his normal style (voting liberally to get "engagement")

But to further elaborate on the difference in style, imo it perfectly falls into the point I made earlier. Normally talented town players who vote and play liberally will be playing ultra cautious due to double day and no changing of vote mechanics. The && thing gives them a way to escape the bind of locked votes and return to that strategy. Absent it, damo sticks out like a sore thumb.

Fair point, my point about it being ‘early’ was less so the literal time and moreso because it was early on in the game with minimal votes to reference and no flips to reference
