my pet theory is brain made a mafia code post about the Olympics at the start of day today, and I pointed out it was a really obviously scummy post even before colby came in and tried to treat it like it was totally normal

because colby is the nexus of all scum, and his waltzing in just sealed it as completely strange and out of pocket for both of you, I saw it before then, everyone should see that as a little weird that he played off it like that.

Thinking about it more, if one of the mafia failed to recruit N1, the second mafia team could have decided to recruit again instead of using the NK to maintain their majority, since the risk of them failing to recruit would not be that high, so it could have been 6-2-1 on D2.

Yes, I think you are right, I was think that letting the other mafia team have a chance to recruit would leave the mafia at 2-2, but the 2 player mafia team could NK the other original mafia and still be up 2-1 with a successful recruit. I don't see why they would risk doing anything else in that situation.

2 things about this, 1, you said he played a bunch of discord mafia before yeah? 2, no my thesis is he recruited bozo N1 based on my post responding to Hamilton baiting the mafia to target bozo since he was the most widely town read at the time and likely wouldn't day for a while. After night 1, he could have been coached by a recruit, and then he'd have some play and understanding of the folks here. But he is still going around making minute by minute scum gaffs and folks seem annoyed or dismissive when I point them out. Colby is beginning to be come to me as haze is to brainbomb.
