Tell me how you think in what way yesterday was town working against town.

Stuff like what?Yoyoyozo wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2024 4:40 pmThat’s bound to happen in any mafia game. Mafia has more information than town does. This game is different in that since there are two opposing mafia teams, the information gap is much smaller. Stuff like this is good for town, even if it causes a little dissonance at first.

What do you like about brain besides his madcap metareads that bring him to wrong conclusions, at least where I am concerned?
What stands out to you about bozo, besides the erstwhile early votes then leaving?
i like that brain is posting thought processes, and i like that they end up similar to me. sucks to be you!
i just love borzo

Decently active, interacting with people, not really anything pinging me
anymore, no one else srs you and has made me feel that I should as well.
On another note dogs do not always like walks and I had to practically drag one of my dogs for the first half of the walk and I feel bad because I didn’t want to be in the walk either

Did you purposefully avoid discussing yoyo in that delineation? Avoidance being a confession?

That's about the extent of you scumming me when you ask me to look at your earlier posts. Are you riding on Brain's work to make an easy assertion that, as of now, he's not overtly supporting any longer.Bonatogether wrote: ↑Fri Jul 26, 2024 3:44 am
Referencing the current meme that I don't survive day 1s as town. Ha ha!
we do have info? you were the vote that killed dippy, and you made grunk competitive.
That's a head-scratcher.

I get it now. Something about subjects, objects, predicates, and verbs that Ontario university glossed over for you.

I write that I think he is purposely misinterpreting hamilton’s posts and that first post you mention wasn’t even a point I had against them and I believe that was where I thought it was someone else. And if I can find these things while quickly reading back in my posts why can’t you?SpiritoftheRadio wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2024 6:00 amyeah, brain called us out on not reading his case against you earlier, ngl I have basically glazed over most of your posts and those involving you. I went back to read your posts to figure out if you had substance to your comment here, and realized immediately that: no. no you do not. not only do you vote for him twice and fuck up before you get it right, but you give no reasons in either post, and then going a full 3 pages back you didn't even mention yoyo before voting for him. Your posts are laborious to read and me taking your comment at face value and pondering my own shortcomings was wrong and was a waste of time. That's why you're being only talked to by brain and we're glossing over your arguments and his arguments against you. Bigger fish to fry and why work hard to understand someone who isn't putting in the effort to communicate. Simple as.Haze with a Z wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2024 3:59 amIt sounds like you haven’t read a single post where I quote yoyoSpiritoftheRadio wrote: ↑Sat Jul 27, 2024 8:45 pmI am actively trying to read the case against yoyo his wagon is putting out, but I can't really find it really, they all just kind of jumped over there. Looks more standard for bona and HB, idk about haze, he made a spectrum and then yoyo was at the bottom, and red means dead i suppose
After reading further, your argument against yoyo is he said he'd pick ghug if he was OG spy and is pretty blatant about wanting/thinking he will be mafia at some point (which literally everyone is thinking and some have admitted, but all have been implicit about in their posts). Now we're at the point we can say town winning would be a miracle. Your argument that I read leading up to the end of day 2 was just "yoyo is being scummy and weird" and thats it. I am not backing down from my statement, arguments are poop, incomprehensible to someone trying to catch up since points are buried and shiiit once found. I am blunt and ramble some for sure, but my core points are in all my non-meme posts. Your style bags for me to deep dive to figure you out, then I dive deep and nothing is there. Dunno what you want from me, so here's honesty. You throwing my own comment back at me had me triggered into self reflection, thinking I needed to learn and grow and be a better spirit.... but no, get a job hippy

Re: M 1029: The webMafia Olympics game 1 SPY VS SPY
I think he wanted no kill but I also think that there wasn’t really anyone around who wanted yoyo out besides the people on yoyo so he wasn’t really in any danger with the tie.ghug wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2024 10:02 amWho was around at EoD? Yoyo. Colby claims he wasn't. Brian? Brain?
Yoyo wanted to no kill and it takes some balls to not break the tie with his own ass in the jackpot, so I think he looks ok unless bozo is his teammate.
My own feeling now is one of defeatist numbness, so I'm hesitant to assume not giving a shit makes you scum, but it's also pretty indefensible to let the day end like that if you're around.

I don’t think you are trying to prove yourself town, I just think you are trying to be recruit bait for the other team and doing it poorly by saying you’d potentially throw the game if ghug isn’t with you

Re: M 1029: The webMafia Olympics game 1 SPY VS SPY
Understandable assessment. I think a happy medium is me playing in a way that’s kind of scummy (my normal play tbh) so that if I’m not recruited by the team I want, the level of effort I put in after I’m recruited to avoid being DKd would probably reflect that. There are several factors that go into a player’s morale, I’m just being very upfront and honest about mine. That isn’t playing against my wincon, it’s knowing myself and being transparent.Haze with a Z wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2024 5:59 pmI don’t think you are trying to prove yourself town, I just think you are trying to be recruit bait for the other team and doing it poorly by saying you’d potentially throw the game if ghug isn’t with you
Re: M 1029: The webMafia Olympics game 1 SPY VS SPY
It also happens to align with towns wincon because it’s an info gathering tool, and confuses the heck out of mafia, who is unsure of whether or not I’m town or the opposing spy team. I think there’s definitely some game theory going on here because the if it’s 3-3-3 next phase, it’s going to be hard for both spy teams get rid of each other without town.
The potential ghug team might want to wait until N3 to recruit me since I’m (maybe successfully) trying to stave off an opposing recruitment. The non- ghug team will have to figure out if they want to block a recruit, good for town, not recruit me, also good for town.
There’s a bunch of different scenarios that could play out I’m just listing a few ideas. The game is not broken

Or… or… maybe I’m not the center of attention, and just trying to get people talking about a very novel kind of game so we can figure this out together.
