No notice on open game joined

I took over for someone in an anonymous game. That specific game now doesnt show notices on the homepage. I always scroll down on my phone to check what games progressed. So its rather annoying that this one is missing.

I check at least once a day and was red flagged because of missing 2 turns in a 1-day per turn gunboat, no messages or notices appeared whatsoever.. real weird..
