@Bunny - Why are you so sure about King you are ebd voting him?
By the way, he is one I can vote today other then the three I nominated.

And why Flavius is town?
I like Flavius’ energy and posts. I think it’s from a towny mentality.

I got a guilty scan on king.

Ok,..in seriousness, it was a gag that turned into a reaction test that got to the point where him voting himself sells me on being scum.

GM NOTICE

Pat Garrett lived from 1850 to 1908. He was a Western U.S. lawman BEST known as the man who killed Billy the Kid.
Born in Alabama and reared in Louisiana, Garrett left home at about the age of 17 and headed for Texas and the life of a cowboy and buffalo hunter. In 1879 he married and settled in Lincoln county, New Mexico, where he became first deputy sheriff and then sheriff. In July 1881 he tracked down and shot the escaped murderer Billy the Kid.
Thereafter, Garrett was a rancher near Roswell, New Mexico (1882–96), deputy sheriff and then sheriff of Dona Ana county, New Mexico (1896–1902), and collector of customs at El Paso, Texas (1902–06).

He was personally selected by President Theodore Roosevelt (along with a couple of other ex-gunslingers) to serve a customs agent on the Mexican border. However, Garrett’s involvement in some shady deals caused an uproar, and rather than have the Border become an election issue, Roosevelt fired Garrett.

Pat then bought a horse ranch, leased it, and became involved in a heated dispute over the lease. Garrett was fatally shot on the road from the ranch to Las Cruces, New Mexico. The man who had leased the ranch, Wayne Brazel, alleged that Garrett had drawn a gun on him and that the killing was self-defense. A witness agreed, and Brazel went free. Suspicion lingered, though, that Brazel or someone else had conspired to execute Garrett, a lawman with many enemies on both sides of the law.

I think that Sweet is right.

I think we are both town, and this whole thing between us since D1 has been a distracting mess.

##Vote Bozo
First part correct.

Vote bad. Bozo is town and is either a poor detective or conducting a reaction test experiment (which is now spoilt).
Excuse me, I am allowed to respond to Bozo scumreading me and making cases on me (and other people) which hinge on the assumption that I am scum. I have not "spoiled" anything that did not deserve to be spoiled.

Damo's thinking:

I'm assuming Bozo is town. I believe his lawman claim particularly the way he hid it mid post EON. I do not agree with his reads though.

I'm also assuming Bunny is town. He has seemed town throughout and his trolling of sweet by the joke sheriffclaim can only come from a town standpoint.

Jamie and Sweet cannot possibly both be scum by nature of the thread. I think Jamie screams town and although I don't like sweet's method of play this game I think it's from a town pov. Also I think the brain kill was to try and get a mk out of this pair (sweet being more likely).

I believe kotp has been ill (get well soon) but this does not preclude him from being scum. I suspect he was absent from scumchat as he was from the main thread and when he apologetically returned they decided to gamble on a fake RB claim knowing he was in grave danger of being day killed. Ofc scum may have RBd town kotp to create such suspicions and we go in ever decreasing wifom circles so one just has to decide. I think kotp is scum with about a 75% chance.

As you know I abhor Flav's posting style but I think he's town although I just have this nagging doubt he just might be a nostly townread deepscum. Say about 15% chance.

These leaves me with {rdr, lfischl, demonRHK} each of whom I'm unsure about but given my assumptions must include at least one scum member. I put there scum% as 60 for rdr and 75 for the other two. I have forced the %s to sum to 3 and are by definition somewhat arbitrary. For convenience I am denoting this set as UNCLE since at least one man from UNCLE must be scum.

Possible scum triplets and chance based on above:

kotp + 2 from UNCLE 63.75%

all 3 UNCLE 21.25%

kotp + 1 from UNCLE + Flav 11.25%

2 from UNCLE + Flav 3.75%

As previously stated my best guess is kotp lfischl demonRHK.

I suggest we vote kotp today and bozo shoot a man from UNCLE.

I started rereading Bozo as part of my case and I actually kinda like what I'm reading. I think maybe I was just tunneled on his weird read on me. I think I want to back off pushing him today.
Here are your choices:

POE: Sweet, Jamiet, rdrivera, Fish, Demon, Bozo, worcej, BunnyG
Does Balki put 1 or 2 teammates in here? (Zero or all 3 seem unlikely).

rdr and Bozo?
eliminating current townreads from above leaves 1 or 2 from rdr fish demon (=UNCLE!!!)

I think my POE is currently at Balki, brain, damo, Demon, KOTP, Lfischl, rivera, worcej

I think Damo is being an undue pass by many.
Given Chaqa was killed I reckon he must have had AT LEAST one more scum in there in addition to Balki. Omitting the dead and obvtowns this leaves {brain, kotp, lfischl, rdr}. I think we should concentrate on this group. My order S=>T is kotp, rdr, brain, lfischl.
eliminating brain and adding back demon => kotp+UNCLE [again!]

I think he might be.
just kotp then (or just maybe Flav?)

Damo I have to acknowledge that you're doing some good work here. I can see your analysis. I feel slightly sorry for KOTP if he has genuinely been sick, but I think the stats don't lie.

I would also vote Lfischl since he is in that pool and is not even posting.

He last posted 36 hours ago and I'm inclined to agree with Sweet's policy point on this, at this point. (Sorry Lfischl not trying to be mean, but your absence is not helping town and it could be scum-indicative (not despite your meta of often lurking, but because of it).

Damo has now caused me to townread him by his work today.
I have already concluded that I was wrong about Sweet and he is more likely town than scum (although I still hate the fake claims).

So that leaves my revised pool at:

Bozo
Lfischl
KOTP
[Rdrivera?]

And therefore I am happy with the KOTP vote.

If Bozo is town he should shoot in this pool.

Let's make kotp the clear daykill then bozo knows he can ignore kotp.

I still think it's worth him announcing his shot jic there is another active town gun.

@bozo are you going to announce your shot in order to avoid a double tap by way of voting or another gun being active?

I haven't considered a downside but nothing immediately springs to mind.

My sudden ACTIVE Townread of him. That is what he is surprised by.

As opposed to my previous PASSIVE town read of him.

There is a huge difference.

E.g. I passively Townread RHK. But if I had time to critically analyze him in the most rigorous way possible, I would either find reasons to possibly scumread him, or my passive Townread of him would solidify into an active Townread of him.
This is the only post I could find where you town read him D3:

You know, that's a good point. I think he WAS wrong about you.

So Mafia team is screwing with us.
Do you think this is more active than what you have said previously?
What Bozo?

It is currently D3, and on p.145 Sweet posted a big long post, directed at you, saying "JAMIE IS TOWN".

You READ that post because you replied "If Jamie is mafia, his reaction in his posts was what he wants us to think his reaction was, not necessarily what it was.".

Why are you now pretending that post from Sweetandcool never existed??
OK, there were 2 posts. Were the details of that post accurate?

Can you be more specific? For example, did you consider this pointing out a good thing:

I don't feel any hunting from bunny. Just a lot of one liners and hedging. The vote pattern on D1 throws me off too. Way too much waffling to the point of trying to drum up artificial pressure. Just seems disinterested?
Yes. That’s a very towny post.

It’s incaccurate but town mentality motivated.

He also pointed out many mech and insight questions in public. Pointed out several key insights for me.

Will not consider voting him until much later.
OK, you are my next most likely mafia if RHK is town.

I choose to believe he is sick. But it doesn't change his alignment. If he was too sick to play he would have subbed. Thus, his lurking is deliberate.

Bozo is playing the role of detective, but he is wearing a mask. As I have just demonstrated, he is getting so deep into play-acting the investigative scum-hunter, that he is losing track of his own arguments and forgetting about very significant post exchanges which he himself was part of.
Agreed. @bozo unless you shoot scum today you’re in my top 3.
Can you be more specific about what you agree with?
