???brainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:45 pmPeople are towning flavius for three possible reasons
1. They want to think he just plays this way as town based on past games, without looking at his scum games
2. They are scum that love how (town) flavius acts as a defacto extra scum member with terrible reads, terrible takes, and floods the game with ridiculous filler
3. They are scum with him and want him to ride the wave of spam and filler he generates
YOU keep saying this how I act like an >extra< scum team member, WHY?
Because I put together a case against >food< summarizing everything I was saying? A case >no one< challenged me on??
What do you mean "terrible takes" the ONLY "terrible take" people have told me is from >m89< where I said that its likely the mafia >assigned roles< it turns out I was >wrong< but it wasnt a bad idea since there was a >DAY CHAT<
I dont FLOOD the game, I only respond to the most >important< stuff you cant say on one hand I >ignore you< and on the otherhand I respond too much!
It makes >no sense<. I TALK a lot because I >participate< Im not flooding the chat with nonsense, Im talking about the >game< AKA Im PLAYING

Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
My initial thoughts havent changed he's been a nobody this game, >last game< he came in like a wrecking ball and had a dominating attitude towards the game, this time around he is laying back and watching >chaos< happening. Like proposing the rdr with brainbomb both of them two peas in a pod acting like that counterwagon to food was going to do anything.
THEN they blame me for actually creating a case on someone >something< they didnt even ATTEMPT to push back on.
Balki was scum last game tho and takeover is hard, I would expect more of a case to be made on him than just >he's got a diff vibe from being a scum< to call him a town

He hasn’t said or done anything too insane and he’s made some sense generally. He’s definitely not coretown but also isn’t corescum.
I need to do a thorough review of N1+D2 this weekend. I’ll see how I’m feeling about him after that I guess.

He’s usually much more interrogative and at least gives reasons for his theories. Here he is just quoting my posts and saying “Chaqa doesn’t think that” or “he’s being insincere/sarcastic/etc” when I feel like I’ve been much more deliberate and thoughtful this game :/

WHAAT did I drive off a cliff??? WHAT are you talking about! SPECIFICS please, you just have this >general< vibe off of me that you arent using to say anythingbrainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:49 pmThis is why chaqa is obv scum:
Chaqa would not think flavius is productive and certainly as of NOW should acknowledge that flavius was driving the game off a cliff. This needs to be addressed by chaqa.I quite strongly disagree with you on this one. I think Flavius has been very productive and driving conversation.
Flav is crazy! oh but everything you brought up about that proved to be WRONG
Flav is unhelpful! oh but he responds and interacts with EVERYONE
Flav is driving the game off a cliff! oh but no one actually argued against his food case
Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
Disagree on the conscious choice because BB will just go down the dark depths of spiraling thoughts.FlaviusAetius wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2024 4:49 am>Brain< is the one complained about people ignoring him, he's talking so much that him >ignoring< someone is a CONCIOUS choice, he's ignoring Chaqa on purpose, why?

Okay, in fairness, you both completed the assignment as described. But I was more specifically asking about the case

Oh now your done, this is WRONG. AGAIN.brainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:53 pmSure tell me why you care and ill go do that due diligence. Ive reviewed his one mafia game m45 and concluded he got by playing the newb card and latching onto popular takes. He lived on hot topics and used them was weapons. He selectively used other people as a shield for his own reads.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:50 pm@brainbomb, I’ve heard you explain that you think comparisons to Flavius’s last town game are invalid because he told you he was trying to act scummy in that game to solicit a tadpole. Have you looked at Flavius’s other Town games? Can you give me a sense of your profile for Town!Flavius and your profile for Scum!Flavius? What are your expectations of each and what is your basis for that?brainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:45 pmPeople are towning flavius for three possible reasons

Citing examples of this when I began to scumread eden he insists chaqa deserves the “credit” for eden scumread; while not actually scumreading eden himself.
I dont even remember not one >iota< what CHaqa even said about Eden ALL I remember is that you decided eden was a mafia and didnt even >acknowledge< what Chaqa was saying like???
It made >no sense< and so I pointed it out as I do, and now all of a sudden you think this is some master plan of mine muahahaha like get AHOLD of yourself man

OK I went back to my old games a few and skimmed the chat the >most< I could see was different than from now is that I DONT use emojis, so HERES your emoji >:(brainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:58 pmThe burden of proof is in the meta data.Vecna wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:51 pm1: so if he plays this way both as scum and town, dont you feel that you should come with something more convincing than "he plays like this as scum". Because youre doing the exact same thing you attack people over. Something about burden of proof if you wanna convince people?brainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 3:45 pmPeople are towning flavius for three possible reasons

2: The same can be said about every mafia player. It sorta comes with the territory of limited information. Overly harsh imo.
You keep complaining, but im yet to see any convincing argument.
Im willing to listen.
We have a bot
We have a search tool
People can do this also. There is a misconception being floated around but bottom line is in this game, currently his reads have been bad, his takes have been bad, and hes scum.
Ive provided countless examples and the only defenses ive seen were base vibe takes on what people think they remember. Its a very weak reason to defend him given what Ive provided.

... this is just >not< true I MIGHT be bombastic but I am >not< some trivial distraction I really am TRYING to help solve this game OK? Just give me a >chance< to help ok, if I put forward a case >ARGUE< against me HELP OUT instead of just >ignoring me< and being upset when it goes wrongbrainbomb wrote: ↑Fri Jul 05, 2024 4:02 pmTown flavius looks acts and feels at all times like a bombastic extra scumteam member who provides nothing to town other than trivial distraction gotcha questions. At best he would survive to end of game and miskill someone for putting a comma in a sentence instead of a period
