Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
Wow, just went through Bunny's D1 and I can't believe that I'm the one being accused of not solving.
D1 was pure fluff, not an inkling of the solving I generally see from Bunny. Like I read it and felt absolutely nothing.
The only thing that could suggest Town Bunny is him taking the time to patiently explain to obviously fake claiming sweetandcool (who he assumed was fake claiming), the best strategy for Desperado. That was good stuff.
Then he tries to nudge the Desperado into shooting me.
Then N1 absolutely read as him trying to set the tone for D2, to push a MK on me. No way this is Town.

Maybe rather than a list of who you would shoot
Lets make a list of who everyone would not shoot
Then we can organize the mafia kills by outliers that seem to fall outside of the list or fall within ppl who should not have been shot
My would not shoot is damo

My post on brain's reads list was made on page 37, but it was a post on page 13 I was replying to as that is where I was in my reading when I replied to it.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Sat Jul 06, 2024 12:19 amAlthough you made those posts between the two posts I cited, they were supposedly things you recorded primarily before the first post I cited, and therefore do not explain the changes in you reads during the pertinent time frame.

I confess that my townread on dipandwar was based on gamblers fallacy. What I know is that he has a 75% scumrate at present. I considered it to be very unlikely that over x number of games he would be mafia 6-1 out of 7. And his posts didnt strike me as scummy despite his voting for me

##GM GM GMing
The Regulators
The Lincoln County Regulators was made up of a group of young men ranging from 14 to 30 years old, which began as a deputized posse seeking revenge for the death of their boss and friend, John Tunstall.
Active during the Lincoln County War in New Mexico, a conflict between cattle barons was formed just days after Tunstall was ambushed and killed by Lincoln County Sheriff William Brady and his posse on February 18, 1878. The group was formed by Alexander McSween, Tunstall’s lawyer and friend who rounded up several men who had been employed by Tunstall, including Dick Brewer, John Middleton, Henry Newton Brown, Fred Waite, and Billy the Kid. Legally deputized by Justice of the Peace John Wilson, the group was initially formed to serve warrants issued for Tunstall’s murderers. For the next five months, violence would escalate. More men would join the Regulators including Charlie Bowdre, Henry Newton Brown, Jose Chavez y Chavez, George, and Frank Coe, Tom O’Folliard, Jim French, William McCloskey, Frank MacNab, Vicente Romero, Yginio Salazar, Josiah Gordon “Doc” Scurlock, Francisco Zamora, John Scroggins, “Tiger Sam” Smith, and “Dirty Steve” Stephens.
Richard M. “Dick” Brewer was the group’s first leader until Andrew “Buckshot” Roberts killed him at Blazer’s Mill on April 4, 1878. Frank MacNab then took command but would also die less than a month later at the hands of a posse made up of the Jessie Evans Gang and Seven Rivers Warriors combined forces at the Fritz Ranch on April 29. Josiah Gordon “Doc” Scurlock then took the lead.
The violence of the Lincoln County War continued to rage until finally, in September 1878, President Rutherford B. Hayes removed New Mexico’s corrupt Governor Axtell from office and appointed Lew Wallace as New Mexico’s new governor. At first, Governor Wallace felt that conditions in Lincoln County might call for martial law. The President, however, advised lawbreakers to return to peace. On November 13, 1878, Governor Wallace proclaimed an amnesty for all those involved in the Lincoln County War if they were not already under indictment. This proclamation, however, did not include Billy the Kid. Officially, this ended the Lincoln County War, but not before 19 people had been killed in the conflict.

Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
I feel like limiting each person to one in your list is a way to subtly manipulate the results.
Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
After reading my research on how accurate vecna is on foodcoats I reread food myself and came to the wrong conclusion he too could be scum. I think food just was blindsided by going from probably feeling good to suddenly being top wagon too.
Key quotes based on foods flip as of now
Bunny:
jamie
Chaqa
Based on this I think chaqa is clearly scum and then rdrivera is either scum or a vecnaesque victim of bad ideas.
I didnt quote everything as flavius had about 42,099 posts about foodcoats.
Lfischl looks really easily swayed. But bunny seems to enjoy lfischl alot for whatever reason.
Damo leaves food to push dip and war.

Or Jamie…
This is unrelated as a topic but also related to my townreads of food, vecna and hamilton. The voiced observations, showing insights into how each are following along. i can tell eden is following along, having fun, and generating reads. i can also tell vecna is as well.
jamie
HamiltonIt's a long time since Vecna has posted and a lot has happened since.
I mean, granted, not much of that relates to Foodcoats so perhaps Vecna's read on Food is right. I don't know.
I don't have a townread on Vecna yet so I'm not sure how much stead I put in his foodcoats read.
ChaqaWhy does town food tie the block and vote end?
Damo2. Food is talking a lot but I haven't really seen him offer anything unique - he's just facilitating discussion. Is this his usual MO? (Researcher brainbomb on the case?)
Flavius##vote food
Flavius at chaqaJamie YOU are the one who helped CREATE the sweet wagon dont act so surprised that its still viable, right now I think my top candidates of people still ON the sweet wagon are bunny and food
ChaqaNO havent you ready my arguments on this yet? You CANT vote for sweet he is claiming something that is EASILY deducable after D1. Why would YOU vote for food and then do the exact same thing food is doing that made me think he is scum in the first place??
ChaqaFood has fallen into meta-discussions and defensive posturing. I’ve been there. But is he doing it as town, or as mafia? I think he’s a good daykill target.
LfischlFood mentions he is caught up, but he was just posting either earlier this page or last page. I feel like he’s trying to make excuses for his absences and also is talking a lot about non-game stuff. I feel pretty confident I should vote for him, especially given how he votes for Sweet here.
LfischlWhat's the case on food?
DamoLike this post, I’m fine voting food here. I will be driving a good part of tomorrow so I’m gonna throw my vote on ##vote food for now just so I don’t get modkilled, I should be around before EOD just not sure exactly when
Bunny questions damo voting foodOf the current wagons the most likely scum is food but I wouldn't bother shooting him since he is very likely to end up being the dk judging by current thread sentiment.
Why you voting food? What are you caught up to?
Chaqa
BunnygoI’ve probably gotten all the information I can from voting Sweet. The redacted sections of my notes were about how I pretty strongly Towned him but wanted to see who might jump on the wagon.
##vote food
I feel pretty confident as far as day 1 goes that Food is scum. I don’t want this wagon to fall apart at EOD. I’m a bit hesitant to join it now as usually when someone gets a big lead it falls apart, but I plan to stick with this one.
If he flips scum I think Eden looks good as his teammate
RdriveraI think fishy edges jack sparrow in my "best vote of the people voting food" category
Probably the best play today is killing Food and if he flips scum someone just shoot Dip.
Based on this I think chaqa is clearly scum and then rdrivera is either scum or a vecnaesque victim of bad ideas.

Damo leaves food to push dip and war.
Eden
Nuanced answerI’m not opposed to it, just ambivalent with some sneaky suspicions that it was too easy given how highly the setup prioritizes scum keeping each other alive.
Ironically the more momentum these other options get (which I fully admit to aiding in their formation) the better I feel about killing foodcoats lol
Rhk
Rhk seems towny for this postI still want flav. Brain, if you think it, vote it with me.
At this exact second, I would rather have dip to food, and dip has felt low energy and I feel I can trust food for more and better content to go over later.
I am still very much waiting to see how sweet's (alleged) shot plays, if it does.
