So much pressure to perform well when you have a good role. You are pretty cool under such a weight when its actually on you.

The same is true as being scum. Every scum team I was on won in spite of my terrible play. Or lost due to it. Sorry Jamie especially.

That said, its such a boring thing to talk about.

Id rather hear people talk about spicy team combos like a balki-eden scumteam with some miscreants in there too.
Balki / Eden / Sweet / Damo ?
I would wager large against that being the exact team. Quite large, at terrible odds.

I don't see Damo-Sweet as a pair. Would wager large against that pair alone.

I can see Balki-Eden as a pair. I can see Eden-Damo. I can see Eden-Sweet.
When you play that game of Build a Pair, or maybe we could call it Grow a Pair, how are you developing it? Would you negate a Damo-Sweet pair simply based on the defense of sweet?

You made good observations. I liked them.

I didnt have eden on my Radar yet, but I think you can probably read him better than anyone else in this game. Is that a fair assesment?
I don't know about that.

Damo is extremely town this game. Thats a drop to null for bunny
I don't know about that. I think it's within Damo's scum meta.

I also think Bunny is one of my strongest townreads.

Here is the player list: FOUR are scum
01. brainbomb
02. FlaviusAetius null
03. Jamiet99uk null
04. sweetandcool town
05. DiplomacyAndwarfare town
06. lfischl town
07. President Eden scum
08. KingofthePirates town
09. Balki scum
10. DemonRHK town
11. Hamilton Brian town
12. worcej town
13. bozotheclown town
14. damo666 town
15. Foodcoats scum
16. Rdrivera2005 town
17. bunnygo town
18. Vecna town
19. chaqa town
I think your 2 nulls are town so assuming you are town yourself at least one of your towns is scum.
I'm surprised worcej, rdr, Demon, KotP, and lsfischl aren't nulls. Let alone that they're town.
I agree with you very strongly on this. Brain has way too many townreads.

I might end up sheeping the foodcoats wagon despite misgivings about how easily it went up. I feel very good about half the current voters being town and feel at least okay about damo too.

My hesitation is that it still seemed too easy. KOTP is the best vote for mafia on that wagon rn IMO.
I would agree with the sentiment on KTOP.

That's kind of funny. What about the other half? Why is KOTP your best vote? Maybe that's where Sweet should aim that revolver.

Yes, and then someone will inevitably launch into a "You manufactured that; you're scum!" troll. From my experience in these games, it doesn't really fly on D1.

I will be on a train or just exiting around EOD. If I am on the train, great. If not, I will probably not be online often.

And I know I need to establish and honest vote in a little bit.

Eden and Balki are the miscreants.

I have a few pairs in my head as possible. The one I want to explore right now is Food-Eden, but there are also Balki-Jamie (based off Bozo's post earlier) and worcej-damo (mostly due to Damo's weird probtown read on worcej)
I actually just realized worcej is Town, while making my reads list.

##VOTE Balki for now, though I need to keep considering who to actually vote for.
This is literally your most interesting post all game.

What pinged you to realize that worcej is town?
All will be revealed in my reads list.

Why is Hamilton Brian still self voting?
No sense of urgency to change it to a real vote as of now. I will want to finish catching up and check the vote count before committing.

Is there something about it that's bothering you? That's at least the second time you've mentioned it. That doesn't make me feel very good about my contributions if that's the only thing you see fit to comment on.

That would be hilarious. Too bad it is impossible. I swear that reads list will be coming. About 75% done, sadly am busy again. Think it will be done with about two hours to spare.

I don’t think this is as indicative as you seem to think it is. But it’s an issue that should sort itself out in short order anyway.

——

I don’t really mind the foodcoats wagon, but it being this strong and uncontested this early is pretty interesting. I think the core pushers (Flavius, Chaqa) are probable town. If it’s right, great. If it’s wrong, the quieter votes piling on are >rand scum IMO.
I would read my big notes post. If you reread him he barely has contributed anything original or novel - he's only talking about out of game or tangentially game related things, or chiming in on established talking points.
It seems like a fine D1 shot on the merits. That’s why I’m not arguing very strongly against it. (That, and it seems obviously town-driven.) I just think some of the “meta”/“analytics” of it (not sure what to call it… it’s like pre-VCA lol, things like the ease with which it took off, the lack of vocal opposition, the lack of coherent counterwagon, etc.) look sketchy is all.
I generally don't buy into D1 wagon counterdynamics much since mafia will probably know a big wagon like this early on will likely collapse on its own... I wouldn't be stressing yet if I were mafia!food.

He seems markedly less invested in appearing to be invested as opposed to last game imo.

Id say he's more likely to be town here. He's back to not really caring how hes perceived.

There's certainly not a large body of work to get a sense of Worcej one way or another. I don't think I'll join a flash on him, which will probably implode in 15 minutes.
