Ok I'm caught up.

Damo is town.
Flavius is town.
Brainbomb is highly suspect.
Sweetandcool is being wacky but hasn't actually read the game.
Agreed on Flavius+Damo. I also think Hamilton looks very town.

I think Sweet is probably not mafia.

Why does town food tie the block and vote end?
Why did you vote for yourself?

Life is filled with conundrums.

Yes, since this post, I have become fairly convinced that Sweet is town.

I am not sure about Hamilton.

Man I put alot of research behind my vecna posts and nobody even replies. Cant I at least get a “yea youre town bb but I dont subscribe to meta arguments”, or something along those lines
I’m town, so you’re wrong, but why would I bother saying it?
How bout vecna being town
And how bout his read on hamilton?
What’d Vecna say about me? I wonder what % of correctness about me Vecna manages. I will say I don’t have Vecna in my town core but it’s purely from his previous shittiness toward me.

Summary
I am posting because darg pinged me
I dont know how many gunmen town has
the setup is scumsided because they get five kills
Im gonna vote chaqa
Hopefully ill be able to post again today before darg pings me on discord

——

I want to believe that this is just rdrivera doing a normal intro post but I have doubts. These four statements and vote seem to present a myriad of thoughts and also simultaneously a lack thereof.

My current scumreads are rdr, and bona.

Bona for completely different reasons. For one im
Used to bona showing up to have conversation with someone and to probe people with dialogue. Town bona has a system which in his own way creates a smattering of scathing punches. Instead bona posts something akin to organized observation and does not engage with others.

This seems to me to be a change in style and character by bona.

My townreads thus far are foodcoats and bunny. I feel some alright vibes from DemonRHK, and kingofthepirates. hamilton also shines here in a typical very true to form hamilton manner. These arent strong townreads but I am happy saying I feel good about food and bunny specifically.

Sweet is doing some wacky stuff and im leaning town even if balki charges the behavior is anti town. I dont suspect Balki for that line of attack.

Jamie is a distraction and I am null on his behavior at present.

Worcej is null as well but his early entry and subsequent posts shine a little better than what ive seen from bona and rdr.

Chaqa is a null who left no impression on me so far.

Thats many of my thoughts thus far.
I was thinking the same thing about Bona, very strange so far.

Hmmm, interesting thought about rdr.

How are you Towning Bunny? I feel like their reaction to me was them trying to be authentically Bunny. Rather than actually authentically being Bunny.
Two new parents screw this up.

I don’t think it’s towny to get this wrong. But maybe…? If they’re just posting gut feels without stopping to consider? Maybe it’s towny.
*raises hand*

I also had notes about Bona being off before I got to the part where someone corrected and said he was the GM

I am caught up and have to go do some work.

Reviewing the game so far, I have to vote for sweet. Sweet's claim is not beneficial, in my opinion, from any town role perspective. I see brain believes that it is a possible tactic to draw scum attention onto a VT, and I understand this. But I don't think that town trying to confuse mafia is a good play for town, because mafia have information, and town does not. Fake claims lead to misunderstanding and division for town. For example, mafia can profit from sweet's fakeclaim by simply ignoring him, enabling a suspicion-spiral later in the game. Sweet's play undermines the town more than it enables our PRs.

##VOTE sweetandcool
Interesting that you are assuming I am fake claiming.
I'm actually not. I think you are Schrodinger Claiming. I think you decided claiming is your thing and you decided in advance to do it no matter what role or alignment you drew.
EVERYTHING you say means you wouldnt vote for sweet, I AGREE. So WHY did you?

No, OTHER players CHOSE to make the WHOLE day about me. Pretty interesting, isn't it?
You are being very narcissistic, my friend.
I've met an actual narcissist and I can assure you I am not.

It's a mental disorder. Narcissists don't think or want the World to revolve around them. They KNOW the world revolves around them.

Jamie is lead wagon.

Experience tells me there is usually a mafia that jumps on the D1 wagon.

So which of the current 4 make the most sense to jump on?

(No, don't tell me. I want to come to my own conclusion.)
I think Balki by far.

Green means I agree with you.

Yellow means I'm not so sure. Specifically:
1. What has Vecna done to be townread?
2. Food is talking a lot but I haven't really seen him offer anything unique - he's just facilitating discussion. Is this his usual MO? (Researcher brainbomb on the case?)
3. BunnyGo... he is an enigma to me atm so I will just leave it at that.

Random off-topic discussion point:

The way you speak, does "cross" rhyme with "sauce" ?

(For Americans I assume yes, for Brits and Europeans I assume no)
Yes. I actually cannot imagine how you say these words for them not to rhyme. Can you provide a phonetic example?
"Cross" rhymes with "Boss" or "Ross" or "Floss".
"Sauce" rhymes with "Horse" and "Morse", and "Course".
How the hell does Sauce rhyme with those other words.

There's no R in it.

I thought that brain's read of bona implied he was more likely town, as scum would have more communications with bona implicated. I was trying to decide if sweet was making a sub rosa joke, but I don't think that would be alignment indicative for the second person to err.
I am fairly certain sweetandcool was joking, and it is somewhat suspicious that BunnyGo did not read it that way.
I also did not read it as a joke.

brain seems like a good ole baw to me. As foodcoats pointed out, giving a fake read on the cohost in the middle of a set of fake reads on actual players would be an odd mistake for mafia to make. It also didn’t read like a joke. I think that one is actually alignment indicative. (some good baw points to foodcoats for pointing this out as well. If you my darling reader also said this and didn’t get credit just award yourself that too, I haven’t caught up fully yet)

You could argue that the same logic could apply to sweet, but it’s way easier for mafia to hand out an “oh yea man I agree on that” on a mistaken read, either out of genuine goof or as a ploy. If I’m being honest with y’all I just got out of towner vibes from him

Same with rdr tbh there’s nothing “wrong” with his posts but they’re pingin me wrong brother.
I agree with you on Brain.

I have some other thoughts on Food that I'll hold for awhile until they have time to percolate.

Worcej and Chaqa have posted less than 30 words between them.

I know that Chaqa said he is currently only able to post by going down to the Western Union office and asking to use their Morse telegraph, but what is Worcej's excuse? He can't still be drunk, surely?
He's heavy on the sauce, y'know

I don't approve of what sweet has done but I think voting him now is definitely wrong so I am going to policy vote Sweet voters until they move

##vote Bunny
Bad strategy if you think Bunny is mafia then say WHY you think Bunny is mafia, policy voting ISNT a good idea. FOR EXAMPLE in D2 Im going to look at the lurker that is MOST like a mafia and vote that person, there are FOUR sweet voters, Im lookin at them and seeing who I think is MOST like a mafia...
We're 24 hours out. I just want them to move off. I'll worry about best killvote on the approach to EOD.

Okay guys, I feel absolutely horrible.

I was fake claiming Investigative Sheriff.

I am actually Desperado and am planning to shoot near EoD, about a half hour before deadline.

I will shoot the top wagon unless it is somehow me.

I was just claiming because I knew I would shoot today until I died.
Haha. Okay if THIS is a real claim, then it’s kinda funny and neat. I guess we’ll find out.
