Hey Sweet, what say we avoid the D1 shenanigans and make it so one another live to N1 at least?
Theres just something about the way he types that makes me want to wagon him.

Damo is town.
Flavius is town.
Brainbomb is highly suspect.
Sweetandcool is being wacky but hasn't actually read the game.
You're an un-cc'ed PR so I don't know what to think.
Your *play* is highly suspect, but unfortunately in this community town often think it's very clever to tell stupid lies to get reactions. Maybe you're doing that. I'll vote for you if you'd like.
Here's a question: What's your view on Bozo, so far?
Hasn't talked about the setup yet, which is quite odd.

I think it's interesting that you are insisting something absolutely harmless is somehow "bad for Town". I respect the intellect of the players, so consequently I can only assume my play is not bad for Town.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 4:08 pmI think that it would be wise to be less reliant on this "too scummy to be scum" defense.rdrivera2005 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2024 3:54 pmDo you think scum is more likely to make bad plays then town?
Sweet's did not claim PR, he claimed "I am going to play in a way that is bad for Town."
That works as a scum play only because the prevailing view around here is: "too scummy to be scum." And it is a very easy ploy. It has also allowed him to avoid talking about alignments. He just keeps telling everyone how hard his claim is.
Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
Jamie,
When you think of lurkers and low participation; below what post total do you consider someone to be scummy?
If I were to vote a lurker here who do you most suspect is mafia?

sweet, I have no clue what this kind of ridiculous gambit you have chosen to play is going to do, or what you hope to accomplish by it, but damn is it interesting. Still, its giving me the heebie jeebies. Too insane to judge alignment.
Jamie's coming hard right out the gate. Very unexpected. I'm hesitant to label it scum theater as others have, but this is VERY different from what I would expect. Too similar to what I would expect of mid-late game jamie to call it shitposting or gimmicks. I want to say slight mafia lean? but only barely.
personally I don't buy into shooting the lurkers D1. Give them some time to prove themselves.
Too lazy to judge anything else really. Balki seems to be his usual bubbly helpful self. that's all. more discussion to foll- SQUIRREL! *runs off cartoon style after a squirrel*

Re: M 90: Shootout at the Pretty Good Corral
##GM NOTE AND SUCH
Born on May 27, 1837, James Butler “Wild Bill” Hickok would accrue fame and infamy during his 39 years of living as a gunslinger who had been through it all. He worked as a stagecoach driver on the lawless frontiers of Kansas and Nebraska until the American Civil War when he spent his time as a spy for the Union Army.
Not one to be humble, Hickok was known to use any opportunity to spread his fame through stories, and thus he grew to be a well-known gunslinger in America’s Wild West. Before his time in the army, he was involved in a shooting with the McCanles Gang, and although he killed a man, he was found in court to have acted in self-defense. Shortly after, while working as a freight driver, he got into a fight with a bear, which he narrowly managed to kill by slashing its throat.
During his time in the army, he was a spy and a scout. He also developed a penchant for gambling as well as a drinking habit that earned him the reputation of being a swaggering ruffian.
His lifestyle led him to several disagreements, one of which ended with him killing a man in the first recorded quickdraw duel. He was arrested for murder, but the charge was downgraded to manslaughter, and the jury voted to clear his name.
His career next took him on a path to enforcing the law instead of breaking it, and he served as a marshal and a sheriff. During this time, he killed many men in shootouts. His exploits, though many were exaggerated in print, spread his fame throughout the West.
Throughout his career, he made many enemies and was eventually shot dead on August 2, 1876. After a gambling disagreement with Jack McCall, Hickok was killed while playing poker in Nuttal & Mann’s Saloon No. 10 in the town of Deadwood, South Dakota. McCall approached him from behind and fired point blank into the back of Wild Bill’s head, killing him instantly. In Hickock’s hand at the time were a pair of aces and a pair of eights, which in poker has since been called a “dead man’s hand.”

A tie is the present state. (A kind and cheerful reminder that if the end state is a tie, the player whose move most recently caused the tie will be modkilled.)
*Two players have voted for the co-GM, bonatogether. The bot reads that as bozotheclown. It is my USUAL practice to check with players privately when an odd situation arises due to a bot/reality conflict. I have not yet checked with the players regarding this, because I am not a being of infinite time. The event DID make me laugh. But, I will check eventually. And I will move two notches down towards ‘grumpy GM’.

It depends on the overall level of activity in any given game.
Lurking is not just low posting, it's low posting whilst also seeming to have an eye on the game.
As to question 2:
Worcej, Lfischl, maybe Eden.
