Is this person at least 40 years old right now?

Re: 20 Questions Game 318
Did this person serve in the executive branch of the federal government in any role whatsoever? (I exclude the military from my definition of the executive branch.)
If yes, free guess: Monica Lewinsky.

Well done!
(I thought she had been a subject before, but apparently not!)

Potato, potato; potato.
Re: 20 Questions Game 318
I was thinking about her a very long time ago. But in the Michelle Kwan round, someone used her as an example in a question, and I decided if I tried her as a target any time soon, she would be on people's minds. Now though, it's definitely been long enough.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 11:11 amWell done!

It was long enough, but also oddly curved, I've been told.Hominidae wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 11:36 amI was thinking about her a very long time ago. I think this was another good example of how passes can make the game really interesting. It was a challenge to come up with someone who would have elicited the passes that you gave.Hominidae wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 9:49 amMonica Lewinsky is correct!Spartaculous wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 4:45 amDid this person serve in the executive branch of the federal government in any role whatsoever? If yes, free guess: Monica Lewinsky.
Also, you and my wife think alike. We occasionally play 20Q between the two of us. She has picked both Lewinsky and Pope Francis before.
Next round up as soon as I settle on one of the three or so picks floating in my mind.
Re: 20 Questions Game 318
She is definitely an activist (her Wikipedia page even starts out "Monica Lewinsky is an American activist"), but I realized after initially answering "yes" that it's not really clear that she's a political activist--even though her activism is inspired by her experience that was definitely about politics, and she has expressed some opinions about politics, the activism is not about politics per se. However, since I had already answered "yes" to primarily known for involvement in politics, it could have been reasonably assumed that I was passing on whether or not she counts as an activist.Spartaculous wrote: ↑Fri Jun 21, 2024 12:11 pmI think this was another good example of how passes can make the game really interesting.
