Yes (using the definition that these works are in the first paragraph of her Wikipedia page).

1,3,5. Real dead woman
2,6,8,9,10,11. Born 1821-1841 (deducible using the contemporaneous questions)
1,4,5. Born in what is now the United States but not what is currently California, Ohio, New York, or Pennsylvania
7. Not born before the US became a nation and primarily associated with nation or tribe other than the US (this is one statement modified by "not")
12. Has notable written works
13. Not married to anyone who was famous in their own right

Passed: Primarily famous for contributions to the arts?

Agh, I accidentally gave something away in the summary. Too late to edit but here is the correct version:

1,3,5. Real dead woman
2,6,8,9,10,11. Born 1821-1899 (deducible using the contemporaneous questions)
1,4,5. Born in what is now the United States but not what is currently California, Ohio, New York, or Pennsylvania

What was the problem with the first summary? We know that she lived at the same time as William Henry Harrison; thus, she must have been born 1841 or earlier.

Is she best known as the writer of either fiction or poetry?

If yes, is she best known as the writer of poetry?

If yes to both questions, free guess: Emily Dickinson.
