It seems to me that there is some value in the box holder claiming and announcing where the box is going. If the box is in scum hands and that information stays hidden, it would be a significant benefit to the mafia.

My first thought says that Bozo is right, it is probably best that everyone announces when they get the box and who they are sending it to. Only gives us more info to work with

Not really. If the Driver targets the person with the Box, they affect people trying to *visit* that person, not who the Box gets passed to.

It's not so much about your level of posting, more about the tone. I think you are typically more thought out in your posts, but this game you are being a bit more hurried and getting into the fray with Jamie and ND. Usually this kind of posting would be a town tell, but it's not in your meta so it concerned me.
