They are the tie-breaker scores: total points, points in head-to-head matches, number of SCs in head-to-head matches, total number of SCs.

You and Balki were in a head-to-head which Balki won and you survived, so Balki gets points for that, you both get number of SCs for that, and robodirge only gets total number of SCs because he wasn't in a head-to-head with either of you.

So, if in the finals we have 3 players with the same amount of points - the player with most mutual games wins the tournament. After more than half of a year of playing? Come on, fix that. We will all accept it.

If we cant make a full triangle between 3 players, in which they all played the same number of games against each other, an overall SC count should decide first.

If all 14 finalists agree on that, I hope that our respected organisers will agree also.

Agreed with Nikola. Since games played with the other two tied members is entirely out of their control, it shouldn't factor into a tiebreak.

Makes perfect sense Nikola - agreed. But if total SC count is equal, give it to the highest scorer from Round 1? But if that is also tied, what happens then? There needs to be something more than just SCs/Round 1 scoring...

In most tie breaking systems I have seen when there is more than two people tied, you apply tiebreakers until one is separated above the rest. That person is labeled above the rest, and then you take the remaining players and rehash the tiebreakers. So in this example, Balki, Kench, and robodirge are all tied. At the first level of tiebreakers, Balki scored better in his match against Kench, and no other head to heads occurred, so Balki gets separated above. Then, you rehash Kench and robodirge. Since they had no head to head, it goes to total SCs, where Kench beats out robodirge.

Since we dont have 2 players with the same number of points and SCs in the first round, all is ok.
