If I had a town role that let me kill the top two wagons I'd use the shit out of that early.
Early in the day? Why?

That makes no sense. You would use it close to deadline.
Early in the game.

I don't really want to get into the detailed psychology of this because I don't want to help the Mafia. My point is that it's not a given that this was scum's doing.

Bunny don't leave. I want to know if I got it right.
I’ve literally been driving children around for 3 hours and showing up when I can. Now it’s bedtime.

That’s correct.

First line of the bot shows balki was a goon.
Yes and literally the line below shows the other eliminations very clearly and visibly. It would be impossible to miss if you looked at the bot like you claimed.

SweetCool I already publicly analyzed it and the battle master was town and Balki didn't know he was certainly dead.

This is an oof
I was wondering if someone would go back to this lol.

I'll have you know Dip was ahead in the two wagons when I changed my mind and voted Balki. So I'm basically obvtown now even with that original post.
Yeah what was the point of recusing yourself from the duel?

I'd like to understand, even though I assume your answer will be NAI.
I wasn't strongly inclined to scum read or town read one over the other until Balki revealed his martyr act was fake.

Demon
Worcej
Bunny
Lfischl

These 4 look scummy using wagon analysis.

Hello.

I see there was a gladiator contest between D&W and Balki, and Balki was scum.

Woo for getting the first scumbo.

Why did D&W also die if Balki had more votes?

battle master is a pr ability that makes the 2nd voted die as well i think
In the setup info, "Battle Master" is a role that creates a special chat, it doesn't kill anyone...

Ignore me, I looked at the wrong line.

So the Battle Master's power means the top two wagons both die.

uhh.

Right.

This is weird.

scratch that, even with quick reflexes it doesn't make sense mafia to use it. And Balki was genuinely trying to survive still.
It was a town PR.
the one reason could be: tbey really needed D&W to flip town to throw shade on all the other kak reads.

At any rate, it doesnt really matter for now, but therell probably be a puzzle at some point which of the prs was town vs scum

GM Note
In pregame there was a different version of the role that was discussed and after those discussions I changed the role to be its original version - the one you see in the doc currently. Mostly this was due to me feeling that the role that was discussed was convoluted. So around the time that the Druid and Barbarian roles got added I also modified a few other things.
What can I say? I'm survivin'

Catching up 30 pages - saw the bot and EoD post and have questions but won't sidetrack the thread. I am sure it's addressed here.

Officially not business traveling anymore.

Bona can you walk me through what was going through your head EOD? Why did you contradict yourself in like 4 different ways. It's almost impressive how much you were contradicting yourself with so few posts

Every game I either struggle to find town reads or scum reads, and this game it's hard to find town reads lol.

Congrats to my nulls, you have all been updated to slight town

A DUEL HAS BEEN INITIATED

Diplomacy and Warfare vs Balki Bartokomous
Wait, this was 31 minutes before eod. So mafia would have needed a 1 minute reaction to trigger battlemaster in this case if it was in response to the duel.

So maybe the whole battlemaster thing was decided before the duel?
I agree - I think it's almost certain that the BM was issued before the duel

I am now caught up.
I'm a bit disappointed in the current wagons (both myself and others) as none are quoting much evidence.
Still open to flashwagoning bunny or balki.
I think Bunny/Balki scum team might actually make sense

Ehh maybe it's not as clearcut as we thought. I think there's a reasonable chance that mafia knew both were dead anyway because of battlemaster. So any people voting Balki over Dip don't get as much credit as they might otherwise get.
(Even though I was the one who really got the swing on Balki going after his nokill vote)

It's not impossible it was a town PR move knowing it likely happened before the duel.

I think the main moral is the Dip wagon to begin with was just terrible and those are the most suspicious people.
If you care, I felt confident that Dip was scum and issued his action as a last chance to save his ass.
