Damo flipping is one of the few times we get to see mafia actually surprised at something happening, so those reactions are harder to fake than other reactions we might get
I don't follow your logic here.

Every player in the game would have likely been surprised by Damo's flip, including Day Vig, assuming Day Vig is Town.

Are you saying that Mafia would pretend not to be surprised by Damo's flip, or that they would genuinely be surprised, and they would be faking something else?

Not throwing shade here -- I don't follow you.

Balkis and Jamie's reactions to the damo flip are the most concerning for me
Concerning how?
Well I thought your posts were a reaction to the damo flip but it looked like you were trying hard to seem confused about damo flipping town. But with your clarification that it wasn't a damo reaction, it makes more sense. It was still missing key information that would have helped readers understand what was actually going on in your head, since naked votes and question marks aren't great at accomplishing that

Why did you pick Dip?
Did you read my post?
Yes but I want you to consider it a little harder.
Why don’t you just say that instead of asking me why when I answered the why lol…

I'm going to do a lot of analysis. Expect low thread participation tonight and for most of D2.
No bulk analysis was reported. Thread participation was not low... What happened? Why make this post and then just forget about it?

I like the fish voters, but am mid on the wagon.
I like the Flav wagon, but the viters on it SUUUUUUCK
Other than those two and me, who would you like to wagon?
Balki on straight policy. But you’re willing makes me hesitate.
Flum because I think it sheds a lot of light on early game links.
Yoyo is a low end policy.
Ghug is approaching worrying levels of disinterest.

And what's the point of voting ghug, unvoting here, and question mark voting sweet?

Seems like you want to make sure we see that you are confused... why?
I want ghug to engage with the game. I suspect that he may be scum, but I don't want him to flip today in case he is not. Also, this is how I feel, and I am going to put my thoughts and feelings in the thread.
This is the best way to get ghug to engage?
I dunno. What is the best way?

I'll take a ghug vs me D2, I'll win ghug is the most guilty, both Kak & Damo both suspected him! He's gotta go, everyone is voting for me because Im emotional or something something
They cant find any other reason, and that means their argument is weak. I thought D1 was where you have no evidence, why are we bringing this into D2?

I assume this was food taking the piss (predominately out of me).

Bunny and Bona, you both +1'd this. Care to explain why?
Scum doesn't react to miskilling VT Brian like this in any chat.

Ah, you mean the reaction to Damo's alignment, not the shot itself. I am following now. It's a fair point.

Calling my voters:

What do you think you'll learn when I flip town? I'll tell you. Nada.

If I were scum being so 'obvscum' don't you think my teammates would have bussed me rather than save me.

Fact of the matter is it was TvT and town largely did scum's work for them.

The only contenders for having been saved are Flav and Flum.

If I am the day's miskill then if they survive N2 look very closely at Bona and ghug.

##vote Bona
Let's vote ghug, even damo thinks ghug is suspciions, those who are voting @Diplomacy ghug would tell us more about Kak's team than Diplomacy dying

Those voting @fischl why this lurker and not Ezio? @foodcoats made a pretty convincing case why Ezio should be the lurker we take down not fischl

Ezio agrees with my ghug read though so I cant attack him now; but you are voting a lurker for no reason; at least foodcoats made a convincing argument
hold up a sec: what was the "convincing case" that foodcoats made against me?

Town would be surprised by the flip and alignment
Scum would be surprised by the flip, but not the alignment

Those could get different reactions

Ghug why are you a wagon

You did nothing to be tr or sr

Wat hapen
He's a wagon because he's voting for someone that I don't think he should be scumreading. 2/3 people on his wagon are me and the person he voted.
Flavius voted him for "pressure" early d2. Never verified whatever crap he wanted to investigate in Kak's history.
(I do think it's more likely Flav is scum too after looking into this. His play reeks to my nose).

IIRC Ghug usually wanted to consolidate d1, or if not move himself he would get others to sheep him onto his read. I didn't feel that happened as much this game. To see him do a similar thing this phase with him dumping his vote onto Dousing? Very sus.
I think today should be Ghug vs Flav.
Yes I did I laid out three or four reasons why we should be voting ghug, me and ghug went back and forth on it, he stopped responding to me
lol whatever dude. You said in your vote you were doing it b/c he "needs some pressure".

ghug is a fequent NK target. Maybe the most frequent. That means that laying off him for a few days means (1) scum is more likely to sort him for us in the event he is Town, and (2) we gain more information about his long-term survival than we do about other slots in the event he is Scum.

My case on ghug is odd. I feel that he usually reads the game similarly to me. I think we usually react similarly to the same posts on the little stuff, and when we disagree he's usually better about explaining himself so I can at least understand where he's coming from.

My reaction to dousing is exactly the opposite to him, unless Dousing is a Xorxes level player that we'd expect to have solved the game already.

I'm going to assume some idiot towny just vigged damo.

I'm super glad he played it right! I thought he was a PR, but he was too obvious about it, he was thinking one level above me, a VT roleplaying as a PR roleplaying as a VT/scum.

Well done damo, it's too bad it was all in vain.
Ezio is always the correct vig shot.
