Flavius literally got offended by my townread of him. That is not scum behavior.

I'm willing to give pass to people who pushed damo only on day 1, but the people pushing him today are on thin ice.
Please cite this post.

I generally push back against townreads, so you are generally incorrect about that not being scum behavior.

I have NO recollection of this; what on earth are you talking about? Why would I be OFFENDED that you are thinking Im a townie? This doesnt make any sense and I dont know why you keep making it, show me where it happened or I dont believe you

Here's my theory: Damo is scum. Foodcoats slipped up an crossposted his "WOOO" to the wrong thread and then tried to play it off. Foodcoats is now bussing Damo to further cover his tracks.
Hm, actually food pushed Damo D1 pretty heavily and pushed him into a tie with Ham near EOD.

Still, I think the best explanation for his "WOOO" post is that it was meant for the scum thread. It still makes sense if you consider that Food was playing a highwire act bussing Damo, so he'd be thrilled that his risk paid off.
There is no scum thread, day chat is via discord
Huh? How would you know there is no scum thread? How do you propose daychat works? This makes no sense.

Jamiet, Damo played the exact same way he always played. Why were you so offended by it this time and not any of the other games you've played with him?
On what basis do you conclude that this is the first time I have ever reacted to Damo in this manner?

I just want to be very repetitive and clear. I do not suspect Fox in this game for “doing analysis without actual analysis.” Perhaps I read him that way for those reasons in games from many years ago, but that is not the source of my suspicion here.

I suspect Fox in this game for low-risk, poorly thought-out votes and what appeared to be a purposeful attempt to exist in the blind spots of the game.

Just because I correctly scumread Fox in some but not all games years ago does not mean I should be ignored here, and I don’t like that Fox’s response was to try to discredit me in this way without engaging with my argument in this game.

I also don’t like your attempt to make this all conventional wisdom. I feel like the motivation of your post is to discredit me, and I think that’s a motivation that is more consistent with scum than town.

##vote Flavius
Please explain why you are holding me to the standard of needing to play high-risk, galaxy-brain votes from an out-front/leadership position from D1 in this game. There are plenty of people whose play is low-risk and driven questionable thinking, especially on D1, so why am I the one that has to fit a certain style for you, especially when it's not a style I've ever exhibited?

Also, you have scumread me correctly ONE time. Not "some," ONE out of the four previous games we have played together where you were town.

I was one of the leaders of the Hamilton wagon and was wrong rip. It felt like Brian vs. Damo for most of the day and they were always the two main wagons.

Damo declared Hamilton obvious scum and some people were annoyed by that and it kind of started it off between the two. There were a lot of people pushing 3rd wagons. Ifischl for lurking got pretty high, I was a top wagon for a bit for ??? reasons. Flavius was really flailing at the end under pressure and people didn't like that so he went up but I personally think it was town flailing. Dip was at the end but it never felt like he was in real danger.
It felt at the moment that the core of the Damo/Brian wagons were mostly locked in and firm in convictions it was other people players hopping on the third wagons until the end where it seemed really like a coin flip who would die out of Brian and Damo
??? I was not flailing max I was only flailing about us not consolidating, and potential for ties. There were already some people who were OK with the tie, or not killing anyone D1 so that needed to be stopped. Also I all of a sudden became a wagon so I needed to save myself too, I wasnt flailing I was trying to convince people with little time left If I was freaking out a little, well there wasnt a lot of time left and I needed to take action. That should be typical out of ANYONE in my posistion

It's the only time I remember. If it isn't, that still doesn't help you because then you know he usually is like that and a weird thing to tunnel on all game.

Well we had 4 wagons eod1, what are the odds all are town? Surely we had one scum lol.

Maybe I'll look more into Dip
Mere odds is a bad argument to make, I'm not saying its nothing Im just saying that cannot be the only argument you have to just target all the leading EOD wagons

Yeah, that's definitely not the type of indignation that 100% comes from Town.

I don't think Flav is scum, and I think there was a good point about lfischl skating by without even bothering to confront scumreads on him, so ##VOTE lfischl

Ghug, I need you for a sanity check. Please guide us with your wisdom. Our other beacon of light, Vecna has been fairly absent this phase.

That was my subtle attempt at getting people off Damo onto Dip tbh. It doesn't matter anymore.

I cannot remember why I was scumreading Vecna.

It must have been a combination of vibes and omgus.

Hmmm. Sorry Squigs, that's all I can tell ya.

There was a lot of energy during N1 for the idea of destroying DiplomacyandWarfare today.

Why has that dissipated?

I'm willing to move back to Ifischl, but I'll wait until it's later in the day so the momentum isn't lost.
