SnC is town this game.
D&W is probably also town this game.

I think Flum is probably town.
I think Ghug is probably town.

I think Damo is bad, but I can't tell if he's scummy.

I wish I had voted nokill day 1.
Ok, solid takes.

Can you sell me on Flum or ghug being town?
Flum's instant reaction to HB is what I'd expect from a town reading and analyzing. I had the exact same thought when I read it live.
I also appreciated his more joking tone at the start: town has to say nonsense early on to get discussion going. Mafia doesn't necessarily.

I don't have a similar solid explanation for Ghug. It's just a feels thing from reading his stuff so far.

Going to sleep on whether Flav is defensive town or defensive scum. Going to sit on scum for now though. Will hopefully have plenty of time to play tomorrow but no promises. Looks like I’m free (meeting wise) for an hour and a half before eod but we’ll see if that changes

can someone use small sentences to explain this coding metaphor
Balki is bullying Fox
Fox is frustrated
Squigs is telling people to hang out with Fox and decide for themselves if Fox is cool
I find that phrasing to be extremely unfair. Perhaps I lack self awareness on this.

If I appear to be bullying anyone, please quote it and ask me to stop. I will. Good vibes only.

Fox seems too frustrated for them to be on a scum team with Balki. At most it feels like one of them is.

be for real dousing
I stand by this post. It perfectly sums up my position and makes a lame attempt at a joke.

Also I spent like the past hour talking about Fox, I think I can shitpost at least once
i think we're failing to communicate.

starting over: i think this post demonstrates that you are townreading fox's post for effort, which i disagree with.
Look I think our main point of contention is when I said this

Foxcastle cooked and made the best argument I've seen this game so far.
specifically when I described Foxcastle's argument as the "best"

In this case you made the (correct) interpretation that I somehow found his argument unbelievably compelling

I, however, meant best as in "deserving of admiration because of the hard-work required to formulate the past" rather than just a stand-out argument.

That's basically the jist of our disagreement: a bit of a nothingburger based in a misinterpreation. If you still don't get what I'm saying than I don't think there's anything I can do about that.

Balki absolutely is the type of scum player that would bus scum Fox with a weak case there.

Yes. Either Fox literally keeps that stuff in a folder, or the decided in scumchat they could easily conduct this theater.

Which would actually explain why Fox may have been annoyed at me telling people to ignore Balkis case and engage with the actual things Fox did if it was manufactured theater. That's some deep tinfoil right there

As a heads up: it's pretty easy to ask me to talk. Ask me a question.
Wasting time saying "ooh we need Ezio to say stuff" and then voting me is dumb.
I'm posting stuff b/c I don't want y'all to waste more time on this slot than you already have.

With phases being only 24 hours, things go crazy quickly, and I don't think we have too much time to sit around with nonsense.
Which players in this crazy game are still registering as null to you?

What's your theory on the 3-5 viable wagons at EOD1 (HB, damo, flav, flum, Dip). All town? Some scum? Mostly scum?
I have a lot of nulls/small enough leans they're null still. Tons of these players are people I've never played with before, so I can't use any of my meta feels on them.
I see a lot of people not thinking very hard:
Diplomacy,
Damo,
Colby,
Isfi,
Yoyo.

I see people who seem to be thinking:
Flum,
Ghug,
Bunny,
Squiggs,
SnC,

And then the rest. Sadly thinking is not town indicative.

Flav *would* be my bet for the scum on d1 from looking at the way the wagons formed *if* the game were like 8 people smaller. I'm really struggling to do wagon analysis with 6 people ending on their own wagons. People moving back and forth feels less relevant.

I have a feeling that no scum were ever really at risk there, and so Flav is the wagon that would make the most sense of those.
