As a heads up: it's pretty easy to ask me to talk. Ask me a question.
Wasting time saying "ooh we need Ezio to say stuff" and then voting me is dumb.
I'm posting stuff b/c I don't want y'all to waste more time on this slot than you already have.

With phases being only 24 hours, things go crazy quickly, and I don't think we have too much time to sit around with nonsense.
This is so lazy. Why is it our fault you aren't talking? Why aren't you asking us questions? Do you already have the game solved and don't need to ask questions?
Lazy!=bad.

There are tons of people in the game making comments, asking questions, and doing posts.
I don't need to read myself, I need to read other people, and my reads on them are going places as they do in Mafia.
When I interrogate people, I have a bad habit of scumreading them because they don't think the way I expect them to think. The more questions I ask, the more convinced I become. If I don't ask people questions, I can't fall into this trap.

Lazy != scum
But lazy is generally less helpful to town in my experience. Blaming your own tunnel vision for the reason you aren't participating feels like lack of growth, which I consider bad (but not scummy). But you do you

SnC is town this game.
D&W is probably also town this game.

I think Flum is probably town.
I think Ghug is probably town.

I think Damo is bad, but I can't tell if he's scummy.

I wish I had voted nokill day 1.
I wish you were actually active D1, and didnt end up voting for someone so critical in the end game; do you have an actual reason why you lurked D1, or were you just content watching us tear each other up
Work was busy so I wasn't going to be able to defend the nokill vote like I normally do.
I think HB was the best vote on d1. He made an argument that he was a wagon to save Damo, and didn't push Damo. Making an argument that someone is scum but not acting upon the belief that person is scum is in line with how I view scumplay: making posts for the sake of posts but not actually saying anything.
Sadly I suppose it also lines up with illogical play, which looks like what was the case here.
Ironic considering your first post was basically “your argument that I’m a lurker is invalid since you can just ask me a question” like…. Yeah that goes for every lurker.

Yes but IM not sure if Kak was right about your meta or not, he's not here to ask; other people are; so Im asking them
Assume he's right about my meta. Explain in your own words why you think the argument is validm
If he's right about your meta, then you taking a big role D1 makes you an obv mafia. Kak says your meta as a town is to be mysterious and nebluous whereas here you were insistent you were a town and acting as one of the biggest solvers there ever was with Vecna. This makes me think you were a townie, except for that weird wanna buddy up to solve the game, I can look past that, but according to Kak that is not you. Also he pointed out something I completely missed;
"Ghug's intend to 'try not to solve until day 4' is just atrocious and I doubt town ghug would ever feel that way."

So either your a big solver and thats unlike your town meta
Or you are a solver, and you all of a sudden dont want to solve until day 4

Either way super sus, and Im surprised no one else is paying attention to anything Kak is saying. As I explained, Im not sure Kak is right about Dip or Flum, but everything he pointed out would all line right on you guys as a team, if you were all mafia.
Well, first off, I think you took mysterious to mean quiet, which is not the case. I'm always loud. Kak is right that I work harder to be townread when I'm scum, but it's more that I say shit when I'm town that's not designed to look good.

Beyond that, though this isn't logically coherent.

For one, I never said I wanted to solve the game with Vecna. For two, you're acknowledging yourself that I said something that you and Kak both found scummy, which runs against the idea that I'm playing to be townread. For three, the entire basis of his own argument is that I'm openly insisting I'm town, which isn't something that regularly garners townreads.

It feels like you're just trying to jump on a shitty argument that you can wash your hands of by blaming Kak when you're wrong. I do not get the sense that you're applying serious consideration here.

I’m looking at the vote tracker and do think that damo is a strong candidate for elim as well. I am going to put a vote here for now so I have one.

So you've read most of Bona's 81 posts and still characterized him as being less active? Why do you think that is?

As for the HB wagon, I don't think picking some magical number is gonna help us catch scum, I'd want to individually look at voters intentions. I also think my guess would change based on whether damo is scum or not. I could see up to 4, and as little as 1 and wouldn't be too surprised

my bona post was just a brainfart or something, I saw 20something posts and thought it said D1.

for the HB, i'd like to flip damo here preferably, think it will give us more than flipping ezio for lurking ##vote damo

Given Bunny's posts during N1, I would say Bunny/damo is more likely. I'm not sure I understand Bunny's progression on their read of damo
I think damo is fundamentally different than I've seen him before; and I've seen him a lot. I think something irl is screwing up his attitude and it is NAI.

When I first saw it, was something to grab and prod.

I also find a weird shift for Bunny day 1 to day 2, in volume of posting and tone. Maybe Bunny just got tired of RP or finally caved to the complaints.
Bunny has been playing D1 differently than D2+ for many games now.

I think he's probably town, just doing his usual shitposting and what not, I think this was talked about already but the post about him telling flum to lock in confused me, going to go and read the few pages after that again to see if I missed something on that

Bunny does seem a bit off, namely I was surprised he “fell out of character” on his bit so soon, which might indicate lack of enthusiasm, and I assume Bunny is the type who likes being town but is not a typical scum enjoyer.
I honestly can't remember the last time I've rolled scum.

I think they just posted in in the discord history where jamie and I got to kilo and lost. But I barely remember that game and it's been a while before that to another scum game.

I enjoy scum, but don't find it interesting; I started playing here because I thought it'd be too easy for scum, and largely I think that's true. I think the scum are just here to provide a game for town, who in general get the fun challenging game.

I always fall out of the bit by N1.

Too crazy.

This is just you trying desperately to be a bad person and break the game with out of game BS when there's really nothing there.

Given that day 1 was TvT I suspect most scum sat back and let town kill town while they were off lead wagons. I therefore suggest that tomorrow we concentrate on that group of 11 although I townread Kak so that reduces it to 10. Hopefully it gets furthe reduced overnight.

PS Best wishes to our 2 subbed outs.
Some of those not on the lead wagons were AFK, and the lead wagons at the time were much less clear, so I dont think the group of 11 is actually the group of 11.
aarodactyl & will were both early voters of me but then didnt get back for when things changed. Same with lfishcl for Flum. I read Colby as town I liked his analysis and his reponses to my questioning of him. I also read Kak as a town, and HB is dead so he isnt apart of the group of 11 either.

So... that leaves king ofpirates who was AFK this entire time basically so he doesnt count either and not sure what to think of Balki yet, so put him to the side I suppose..

LEAVING;
TheMadMonarch(who??), ghug & Bona
For Flav and anyone else who hasn't been here in a while TheMadMonarch is the player formerly using the handle Macca.

I'm on page 23 of my re-read.

Before I said Town!Sweet, Wolf!Vecna, but I think I need to switch them. Sweet doesn't seem suspicious enough, and seems too eager to announce how much he trusts Vecna. I had interpreted Sweet's earlier paraphrase as suggesting that Vecna was swooping in and agreeing with many things that Sweet said, but it looks like the opposite is true.
This is correct.
