I'm still kind of catching up, trying to understand stuff, the amount of people makes it more confusing for me.

for the second part, I think I'd rather not do the brian wagon, and out of the leading wagons rn I think I would lean more towards flum, but I've gotta go back and re-read stuff, should be around until EOD

You said here you were around until EoD, which would give you around an hour of time to catch up on, but I guess you didn't do much catching up if you didn't read bonas posts?

1: mafis killed kak because he was on point too much
2: mafia killed him as a distraction to lock in reads thstllblead us astray
3; mafia needed a distraction/reason why high profile person x isnt gonna be dead for a while
4; any mix of the above, with the feelibg that noone was really suspicious of kak?

Going after the lurkers is not smart today, its a shot in the dark, I understand putting pressure on them but we can do that without voting them, we might get a kotp situation; where a sub is incoming for them anyways

Going for lurkers is much better early. It is completely non viable later.

Lfischl made that post saying he'd switch to damo to prevent a tie with the HB wagon when damos wagon was up 5-4 to HB and he was voting Flum.
If he had followed through, it would certainly have had a big impact on the end of the day. If damo is scum, lfischl looks much worse here.

Kak being town isn't a surprise to me, and I'm not having a hard time reading the kill.
Kak was very upset with me over a bad plan at the beginning of the game that kak and Fluminator created. Kak was demanding it was entirely Fluminator, while I thought kak had extrapolated Flum's bad idea to a terrible one. Kak and I also disagreed on a few other things (including but not limited to Flum's alignment). Kak was variously either scumreading me or suggesting I was playing terrible town. I, on the other hand, though Kak was town and was just tunnelling Flum and me.
The mafia might be hoping that we miskill one of Kak's scumreads today (or they might be hoping we think as much, and there we get WIFOM). I suspect this indicates most if not all of kak's scumreads are town (reading a town's scumreads as town may seem counterintuitive, but I'm solving from my perspective, not yours. This makes a lot of sense once you consider me and kak's history and accept that I'm town). I will, however, look into Kak's scumreads. Some of them might be right.
For now, I still scumread sweet. ##VOTE SWEET

I mean, you could be right, but it's quite obnoxious to be scumread when I'm almost the only one defending you. I get plenty enough as it is in most games.

Of the lurkers lfischl seems the best option to me given that their few posts have been inconsistent. It feels like lfischl is lurking by choice and not by being busy.

Lfischl last played in M85 where they were town and not lurking, just wanted to make sure they aren't a serial lurker

My brain is having a hard time wrapping my head around the decision to just ignore the flip and place a vote without reading any recent posts

I am going through this same progression and having a similarly hard time believing it.

I was (and almost always am) very eager to see the result of the night actions, especially the NK. It is hard for me to understand not having that same level of curiosity such that you would just post and vote without reading it.

@Sweet, if you have more to explain about this, please do that. It doesn't seem to square with a Town point of view.

I'm normally up to date refreshing the page for the NK result. Irregularly, I was not this time and didn't even consider skipping ahead. Because normally I do not have to skip ahead.

That is why I didn't skip ahead and decided to keep puttering along. And I thought no way they kill Kak.
