Bona last game was a fucking powerhouse and completely destroyed our team. Now he's been completely coasting on being a little too funny.

That asterisk meant smt at some point in time but I genuinely forgot. Broadly speaking I think I was going to put a ceveat like “I get a feeling from sweet but only that if a Vecna supporter and not an independent player?”

Update:
I tried to make a spreadsheet. The idea lasted about two minutes until I gave up. I am bad at spreadsheets.

Some helpful hints:

The point is to create a Process of Elimination (POE) machine. List out every possible scum team, and then find ways to eliminate (or downgrade the likelihood) teams. So you can now eliminate all teams with HB. Once we flip scum, you can eliminate all teams that do not include that person.

Identifying pairs that cannot be scum together is the best way to eliminate (or downgrade) teams from consideration. You can also do triplets, but that's slower going (but definitely useful with a 5-person mafia team).

SUMPRODUCT and COUNTIF are your friends, and be ready for nested statements (mine tend to go about 3 levels deep).

I’m not sure how much I agree with that sentiment though. Sweet’s decision to shade Bunny seems organic and it doesn’t feel like smt a mafia member would come up with? Sweet seemed to like bunny and then not like bunny, I feel like scum sweet would’ve just picked one and not seen a reason to switch

Are you sure? I don't think you're playing with a sense of investment. I think your vote, and continuing vote, on me is a lazy play. As mafia, I think you'd be doing more. As town I think you'd be doing more than latching on to the easiest kill. This isn't like you, or what I've come to expect from you.

I might’ve switched up Webdiplomacy with I-love-tadpoles dot com. I still feel like the tadpole is an interesting but hard mechanic that resists an easy solution to deal with it:

Serious take: Don't use an epipen on someone having a seizure! It won't help, and there's a (small but real) chance you could kill them.

Just let them have the seizure and move things away from them; don't put stuff in their mouth, don't give them meds, don't throw water on them. I guess you could try an exorcism, but at least that won't cause them physical harm, but seems pretty mean spirited.

First of all, Fluminator being absolute exalted is a joke. My serious read of him is neutral moral. Fluminator.
Second, note kotp agreeing with me and rejecting your scum-benefitting 'lets all reveal if we would accept a tadpole' proposal
Third, its a light townread. Chill. It's not like I'm calling kotp absolute exalted
Fourth, Fluminator started a list of people he would, and would not, consider wagoning D1. You turned that into "would you accept a tadpole".
Fifth and finally, I agree that I may have gotten a bit carried away with wagoning HB. However, the HB wagon is better than either the damo, lfischl, and fluminator wagons.

I think D&W is crazy.

Having slept on it; I don't recall him being this out of sorts as scum. I think he's capable of trying something offbase to shake up his game, but I think the more likely answer is he's town that isn't used to not knowing what's going on and needing the patience to sleep on it. He's used to scum knowing D1.

I'll just say the quiet part out loud. Mafia's best bet is to use the tadpole towards the end of the game so the weird stuff people are doing to try to draw the tadpole is a waste of time, and honestly I find it kind of distracting. :/
