@sweetandcool, you keep focusing on my town reads and I don’t like it.
Who are your town reads and why?
I don’t mean town clears. Just the group of people who you don’t want to flip for at least a few days because they’ve done something specific that seems less likely to come from a wolf?

Still waiting on the response from those who are voting me. I’ve addressed your concerns in a logical and truthful way. Nothing else to say to anyone that hasn’t already been said.

If the mafia thought damo could be the cop, it was probably because of Hamilton, I don't think DandW would risk pretending to think LoW was still in the game, and you are being more inconsistent than you probably would be as mafia.
And I’d rather ##vote king ##end
Also also, you made that argument about Mafia thinking damo was Cop, but I must ask, why wouldn't they think I was cop? I'm pretty sure damo was following my lead. He even followed my votes around too.
Part of the reason why my votes flitted around, I wanted to see how much damo wanted to follow my lead.
When BunnyGo voted for Kingofpirates, you challenged him to make an actual case.
He hasn't provided one, yet you went ahead and joined him on Kingofpirates.
You haven't explained your vote or made a case yourself.
Highly suspect.

My scum-pool is currently:
Bozotheclown
Sweetandcool
BunnyGo
Worcej
Vecna
My towncore is:
Balki
Bonatogether
Spartaculous
Haven't got a clue on Hamilton, there are arguments in both directions.
Null on KingofthePirates although I don't like the extremely lazy push on him by Bunny / Bozo / Sweet.
Null on D&W so far. Need to see more.
Did I forget anyone?

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD
That's possible, it would explain why no mafia voted for Spartaculous D1, but I prefer to find out about kingofthepirates first.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 2:33 amcan we please vote Sparta?Spartaculous wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 2:22 amHow easily findable do you think these crumbs are?sweetandcool wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 12:26 am
Oh okay, then we should definitely not do the plan.
I have already figured out who the true cop is and noticed their scan crumbs. I'd rather not force them to be "obvious".
Who is thinking the team was Just-Sparta-Balki-KoP?
When I questioned kingofthepirates about his Just vote, he delayed answering, possibly to figure out some justifiable reasons:
kingofthepirates wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 9:57 pmcurrently catching up, so I'm not sure if this question is still relevant or if you still want the answer. If you do, it is as follows: I don't remember the exact reasons, I'll have to check back through the logs, but I do distinctly remember that the other tiebreak (damo iirc) didn't seem to have any really concrete reasons for suspicion (I remember at least 1 vote was from the very start of the day, with no reasons given at all). I'll elaborate more once I have caught up.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 9:03 pmWhat did you think the reasons for suspecting Just were?kingofthepirates wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2024 7:45 pmNot much time left, and I suppose I need to cast my vote. I’m inclined to break the tie one way or the other. If either side is willing to drop a TLDR of reasons within 10 mins, I’ll read it and weigh the options. Will’s side has more reasons overall, so I’m inclined to go that direction right now. If no one drops anything, I’m going to
##Vote will
Also, some of his response was questionable, like saying "damo's lack of particular caring about being a wagon tied for lead make me feel that they aren't mafia". damo only had 1 vote when he last posted 8.5 hours before EOD and Just did not have any votes when he last posted 2 hours before EOD, so that was not a legitimate reason to differentiate them.kingofthepirates wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 10:41 pmReasons for bozo:
Reasons can be split into 2 groups, voting for will, and not voting damo:
reasons to not vote damo:
At it's core, there really wasn't enough reasoning. Spartaculous didn't give any reason at all, same with Brian. Balki gave what is in my opinion a very weak reason which mainly tied into damo's lack of posting (something which has not really bothered me, especially since damo has been known to pick up the pace). Furthermore, damo's lack of particular caring about being a wagon tied for lead make me feel that they aren't mafia (mafia would probably start panicking at least slightly).
reasons to vote will:
At it's core, there were reasons given, which is better than damo's wagon having a complete lack of reasoning. The lack of substance reasoning felt legit, and for me was more convincing than voting someone out for lack of posting. Furthermore, I feel like those voting for will were in general more active and helpful, thus I put more weight on their votes
Regarding bees:
unfortunate oversight damo, asking first would've been so much better... oh well! the loss of bee keeper is lamentable, the game sure is going to be less fun without those exciting little items...
On the one hand, I think food giving damo the items could be a town indicator, food was probably town reading damo, and the confirmation of food as town in my eyes gives food's read more weight. On the other hand, I'm not sure how damo plays. Doing something so careless such as jumping the gun with the bees is certainly possible, but at the same time, is damo usually this careless? It could be scum trying to feign sorrow and shame to cover for a successful guess and shot. Could the more experienced players please lend me some insight?

I already made a great case.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 4:35 pmAnalyse it for us.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 4:09 pmIs nobody reading what Dip is writing? I don't think it could look much worse.
##VOTE Dip
Here are the bullet points:
1. Rdr defended and pocketed me D1, which is notable in that it has never happened before and is really strange.
2. Rdr was listed by many as a top scumread during D2, but since then we've been distracted by Ham's claim and Bozo.
And most importantly:
3. Dip was able to snuggle into his slot quickly and conveniently assessed that we should vote LoW over Ham. The traditional reaction to a fake claim is to bay for blood, and resisting that urge takes serious convincing from others.
This makes Dip look incredibly bad and his last couple posts have looked really bad too. It also makes him look like teammates with Ham.

I will do that shortly. Really I will do a whole list.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 4:38 pm@sweetandcool, you keep focusing on my town reads and I don’t like it.

It's funny because most games I'm really high energy and build big convincing cases and everyone immediately votes me.
This game I have just been so tired and have stopped building the cases (though I feel like I have pointed out great reasons for most of my reads), and now everyone is Towning me.
It's downright silly!

Honestly, I think a lot of it relies on PoE. I don't think there is a great case against you.kingofthepirates wrote: ↑Thu May 09, 2024 4:39 pmStill waiting on the response from those who are voting me. But there is also not a great case FOR you either.

I'll move off Bona (not sure what I am missing that makes you consider them a town read) and on to worcej until something convinces me to move to somewhere else.
