Yes. I for one would like time to assess the gamestate. LoW flipping Town has cast everything into doubt for me.
I do have some thoughts I will post shortly.

First order of business:
I didn't analyze at all at night because I thought I couldn't use the bot at all.
However, a little bit ago I discovered that as long as I accessed votes or statistics from the bot's homepage, I could review D3. I hope this helps others.

Secondly:
LoW flipping Town was quite a shock. I'm going to chalk up his play to being busy and unfamiliar with the bot.
Extremely regrettable.
I don't think this absolves Bozo, but I do think it makes him a lot more likely Town. I still don't understand his voting EoD2 or his behavior D3, but oh well for now.

I am sure it feels cool to write out "end" like it's a giant and menacing exclamation point. But you know we're not going to join you on that. You know it is bad for town to end the phase now. I'd like you to please stop doing it.

When you have incorrect reads (if you are Town), I encourage you to focus on yourself and how you can get better, and not focus so much on the person you were trying to read.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:28 pmSecondly:

I’m very happy to turn up the rhythm to get reactions and feedback. I think brainbomb is correct we need to live on the edge of the end more constantly. We get feels and reads at EOD, and when he’s done it during the day, he’s helped solve games.

RIP damo...Chaqa wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:02 pmThe Dwarves awoke to find poor Groin son of Gloin dead. A few days earlier, he had accidentally let loose the bees, and few had dared to question him since, but now he found himself joining the Beekeeper he put in the ground.
damo666 has died. He was a Vanilla Worker.
(Sorry the flavor is short - I've been focused on trying and failing to fix the bot)

How does focusing on oneself help one to find scum?Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:34 pmWhen you have incorrect reads (if you are Town), I encourage you to focus on yourself and how you can get better, and not focus so much on the person you were trying to read.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:28 pmSecondly:

Are you claiming that you were roleblocked and therefore Sparta is lying?

1) everything I originally said is still trueBalki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:38 pmHow come?
2) his wonderful data work is wonderful, but NAI. It’s all data from outside this instance of the game, and someone capable of doing it is capable of doing it as scum for credit without giving anything away
3) it’s a thought about the signals being sent by the scum team with their RB usage. Why I think they killed damo, and why they didn’t RB night 2 but did claim to night 3.

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD
Lastly,
I did have one epiphany during night, one wondrous nugget.
This game was notable in that rdr pocketed me. I don't think that has ever happened and is a bit suspicious.
On top of that, before I got sidetracked by thinking the team was Vecna, LoW, Bozo, rdr was also listed as a top candidate.
Now I literally forgot why that was the case, but now that I have access to the bot I will review him because:
When Dip took over for rdr, he quickly assessed the situation and "correctly" decided to vote LoW. I think for a new player joining, psychologically speaking, it would have been very likely to place the traditional vote against the fake claimer Ham, rather than parse the arguments against it.
Particularly, if Dip was filling a scum slot, then regardless of Ham's alignment of course he would support the LoW wagon.
I think he must be scum. I will review his slot and see what fruit it bears.
PS, while I think the Ham wagon is a mistake, I will recognize that since Town allowed Ham to survive one more day despite wanting him gone, it's only fair for me to "return the favour", so to speak.

I would imagine that their #1 focus, above all else, is to find Cop. So I assume they thought he was likely to be Cop.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:42 pmWhy do you think they killed him?Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 8:40 pmAt least they killed the guy who killed our beekeeper.
