It's mostly his incredibly inorganic D1 and D2, his evasion of questions, and Bozo's attempts to defend him. Plus he was tied with Bozo D2 so we were denied a flip, and the tie could have been partly scum driven...Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 5:44 pmWould someone please make the LoW is scum case to me?

I was holding my vote from yesterday while thinking about the new arguments. I’m most inclined to go for ham. I think will is clever enough to consider our line of thought, and purposely omit ham. The timing is also quite fishy. Either way the whole situation is super weird and I’m not sure I like that. LoW is probably up a bit for me.

If we can rule out cop, I think it significantly increases the chance he is mafia.BunnyGo wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 8:05 amThere is 0 chance he's cop...why is he shading me at all here if he is? Why write the whole thing before EON and not edit it at all to not shade his townclear?Hamilton Brian wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2024 8:38 pmSome post-D1 and N1 comments:
1) I know I'll catch some flack wrt my damo vote. Rightly so, especially given Will flipped mafia. Re: bozo's suggestion of voting no-kill, I thought that was frowned on. Would that be a suitable option?
2) Sweet, what do you mean "naked" vote? I was in my underwear when I voted; doesn't that count as close?
Thoughts on voting Will.
Sweet did it first when it was 3/3/2/2 Bon/Sweet/Spart/Damo
(is Sweet mafia doing some bussing of a teammate when it's not dangerous to do so?)
Bona follows Sweet a little later.
Rivera's first vote in the game is Will tying the top wagons at 3 votes.
(How does this somewhat clear Rivera?)
Kin puts Will in the lead with 4.
Bunny solidifies it with the 5th vote but then goes to Worcej then back to Will. Worcej applies the 6th vote.
(Is the Bunny move one of öh damn, my teammate is going to bite it" or is it just random town flailing?
Why did ghug feel the need to leave a non-competitive wagon to get the 7th and final vote on Will?
Why was Foodcoats so sure that Will was öbvtown"?
Why was Bona so solidly certain that Will was mafia?
Was Worcej running a bussing gambit with the "Will 100% over.." comment?
THen a quick review of Will's day:
Does Will cover for a new teammate in Spart, or is that comment to give the impression of buddying?
Will states Jamie is town, and that they were their strongest town read. Does this give cover to Jamie if Will thinks they've got some longevity in this game so as teammates they can cruise through? That Will is confirmed mafia, how does that comment age?
Will asserts bozo/bona are the scumteam. Mafia will lie, but also tell the truth. How does this comment age?
Some distancing from Worcej from what I read and some shading of Vecna. Does this cast a dark light on Worcej and help Vecna look a little cleaner?
Will's reads list...how many mafia would actually be in his mafia spots?
Edit: wrote this before EON. Now seeing that Brain died. Bummer.

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD
I think Hamilton is probably mafia, I don't see why he would leave fake cop crumbs as town, but I could see him be willing to use his mafia spot to try to out the real cop since he has had to play as mafia a lot recently. I thought there was still a chance he was the cop, but the D2 post BunnyGo pointed out makes that very unlikely.
I also thought sweetandcool might have been defending Hamilton to be "correct" about him because he knew Hamilton was town.
worcej could be bussing Hamilton knowing it is just a matter of time before Hamilton flips scum.
##VOTE worcej
I am also willing to vote for Hamilton unless he comes back and hard claims cop.

I did answer the questions and the game was moving fast D2. Also, Bozo wound up voting for me and literally has me as a scum lean now, his defense is pretty meaningless.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 6:05 pmIt's mostly his incredibly inorganic D1 and D2, his evasion of questions, and Bozo's attempts to defend him. Whereas we have open Ham's scummy actions, which could be innocent but definitely align with a scum strategy, while Damo and Sweet cover for him at all costs.
Priorities.

Bunny, how does it feel to be voting with two scum?
While I think voting Ham is bad, I think avoiding the issue of resolving Ham/Bozo/LoW by voting worcej is super strange play.

There is no way in hell Vecna and bozo are both scum.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Tue May 07, 2024 6:53 pmBunny, how does it feel to be voting with two scum?

But this feels pretty good actually.
My biggest concern is whether worcej was bussing or not. I’m not thrilled to be voting on of the Just voters.

I am likely to be travelling at EOD.
Would it make a difference if I refrained from voting for a key wagon today?
My crumbs are my crumbs; it's the way I played it. I am sure it will be a topic for reflection and consternation down the line and in GodThread.
town reads, and probably full of bias because they've been intent on extending my life: damo, sweet, spart
Followed by Bunny
Unsure and uneasy: Jamie, bona
Real negative feelings: worcej, bozo

I seem to have broken the bot.
I will begin working on a manual vote count now.
