It’s starting to get weird in here. Should we just hammer one of the new guys?Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 9:23 pmNo. Had he done that, he'd have shared an image of someone in a maid outfit. Yo, Ham sandwich, how are you? What's your strat for D1? I'd normally advise you to stay quiet since you always get voted D1, but since participation this game has been particularly flaccid, why not give us all some hot hot takes.![]()
How is my always steadfast ally, Vecna?
Are you planning on towning me EoD1, or will you wait until D2?

I can assure you that both my hard drive, and my search history, contain much more lurid things than that. Butler porn is so vanilla.Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 9:23 pmNo. Had he done that, he'd have shared an image of someone in a maid outfit. I get it. I would have been happy to vote for you if you didn't follow up your initial set of posts with some substance. I don't really have a wholistic read on the act of voting for you.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 9:27 pmI kind of am asking. I'd respond that you should just be sincere and say what you think. I'm not going to tell you how confident to be. Be exactly as confident as you are.sweetandcool wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 9:10 pmEven D1 when it's mostly just vibes?
If I made an impassioned case based vibes would that excite you?
What do you think of my wagon, and Will's disinterest in talking about the game?
I can't divine alignment based on it, but it is interesting.
I haven't really focused on Will. Is he disinterested in talking about the game? I hadn't noticed that, and I don't have a conclusion about it. If you do, I'd like to hear it.

right, caught back up, seems sweet is back, some weird things have been said about the contents of Jamie's hard drive (and search history...?), but no other major developments.
##UNVOTE
regarding what some have said about my posts being fluff, I don't really know tells still (one game is not a large enough sample size guys...), so I'm kinda just going off of vibes and random annoyances (for instance, sweet's refusal to elaborate was annoying, if mildly humorous). Please, enlighten me on what exactly I ought to be looking for, and why we're hammering the new comers?

When I asked him who he wanted to talk about, he responded with essentially a "meh". Which seems disinterested. But he claims to not be disinterested just that nothing has happened in the game. I conclude:Balki Bartokomous wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 9:35 pmI get it. I would have been happy to vote for you if you didn't follow up your initial set of posts with some substance. 1. He doesn't feel like anything interesting has happened in the game so far, so consequently he doesn't have anything to say.
Okay, so he wants others to lead so he can follow?
Idk what this says about his alignment, but it does say a lot about his state of mind. I'll have to looked and see if it is notable compared to his previous games.

Let your heart lead you.
Idk, you'll figure it out. Maybe you are good at hunting. Maybe good at looking town when town. Maybe you can play more like me and attract controversy, that can bring the scum out of the woodwork, or all of Town out of the woodwork, which is the same thing. Maybe you are incredible at accurate sheeping (no evidence of that based on last game). Maybe you are good at identifying town. Maybe you are good at assessing arguments.

I need to reconsider the gamestate.
But I also need to go to bed early.
I still don't know why Bona is voting for me.

Assuming sweetandcool did not want to vote for himself, 1-34 would make sense if that were the case, but not 1-32.Vecna wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 8:25 amSort of surprising that Bozo did not just default to 1 = first name alphabetically.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 8:59 pmWas Just providing a random number for that vote, or is it based on M87? Which is Balki.
Why the focus on these 2 specifically Bozo?
Why do assume sweetandcool did not ignore the number selection and vote for who he wanted to vote for? I was not in M87, but based on the D1 and D2 voting, it seems sweetandcool might be motivated to vote for Balki. Or, sweetandcool and Balki could be mafia teammates and the apparently random vote could be a distancing ploy.

I did not follow M87, why did it end when it did, was town guaranteed to win?
His scum brain is rarely capable of doing that, so im sure we'll be at eachothers throat in no time.

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD
Honestly the answer is that I had it in my head that there were 16 players not 18. I then multiplied by 2 to vaguely disguise my intention to use Will as RNG. I chose Will because he was online and active in thread.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 10:43 pmAssuming sweetandcool did not want to vote for himself, 1-34 would make sense if that were the case, but not 1-32.Vecna wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2024 8:25 amSort of surprising that Bozo did not just default to 1 = first name alphabetically.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Mon Apr 29, 2024 8:59 pm

Given that there was no prechat, it's hard to believe scum sweetandcool somehow coordinated with scum Will to fabricate a vote on Balki.
Conclusion:
1. NAI sweetandcool did an RNG bit.
2. Scum sweetandcool wanted an interaction with Will either as buddying or pretend buddying.
3. Any alignment sweetandcool did not fabricate a vote on Balki because that is ludicrously implausible.
I can certify that at least two of those conclusions are correct.
