According to the concept, should a number of people enjoy unfettered access to a fishpond, they will tend to fail to enter their orders, the predictable result being a tragedy for all.

@rest of fishers - if we get no action by say 24h from this post I propose we abandon this pond and migrate.

I concur with Fisherman Damo.

So far this economic simulation is suggesting that the problem of over-utilisation of scare resources is not to be addressed by better management, more efficient methods, or government intervention, but increased laziness.

I have taken damo's advice. Everyone who has not submitted fishing amounts fishes 0 fish.
55 fish remain.

Catch was 16-19

I caught two so if there was one zero catch that leaves 14-17 between 4, if Dip was bluffing and thee were no zero catches it's 14-17 between 5. There may not have been illegal fishing but definitely outside quota agreements.
