I’m hoping that were beyond the part of the game where we don’t vote for certain people as a favor to them.

When I had to leave yesterday (about one hour before EOD), it seemed extremely likely that the daykill was going to be Damo or Sweetie :-D. I kinda felt that we were headed to a showdown between those two all day.

Then in the last hour of the phase, there was a LOT of energy towards pushing flashwagons.

I am very curious to turn over rocks that will tell us more about those flashwagon efforts. I think the best way to do that is to flip Damo or Sweetie. I also happen to think each one is more likely than random to be Scum.

Snip because someone who has the nerve to tell me off for not snipping a post couldn't manage to do it correctly himself
I don't have to snip your post because you told me to. I like to be able to see what people are responding to, and I don't like when people fuck up the tags like you just did.

I was not complaining that Will's hypoclaim was useless. I was asserting that I wasn't drawing conclusions from it, because drawing conclusions from it would be foolish.

Do you scumread me or are you just voting for me out of grumpiness?

So no kill, huh. Should we consider no kill for the day too?

Judges depending on what they rolled, get 5-8 kills plus possibly some from visits.
Angels get as many kills as they want, but it can be awkward to cover their tracks.

I think D1 it would be fine for Angels to kill if they can. BUT, Judges can use that to their advantage. If they withhold killing, and a kill still occurs, then they will have a great idea as to who the MMA is.

Also obviously Doctor and roleblock could have something to do with it too. But I suspect this is what Judges had in mind, and they probably primed someone if they rolled that Judge. And either Angels anticipated it or just couldn't kill or got Doctored.
We won't solve the game with mechanics. We need voting data to find scum, and we benefit from a higher proportion of kills being scum-directed.

Yeah, I think they should both be in consideration today. Who are you looking at as likely protectors?

I’m not sure. I haven’t gone back to analyze that question. Seems like there would be several candidates for either given the vast amount of last-hour movement. It would be a lot more fun to go back and analyze that question once we know the alignment of Sweetie and/or Damoie.

You were there live. Have you given this any thought?

It's still good to try to piece together the entire puzzle.

True. Huh, I wonder what would happen if an Angel got infected? Would they claim or let it be a surprise?

Snowy stuck out to me in the moment, and darg pinged me, but it was mostly because I misread brain as Brian. Beyond that, I'm not quite sure.

Please snip this post if you quote it.
You're not scumreading ghug, just voting for him

I preferred my plan precisely because the hypos suggest less. Even under yours, most of the scans are fake. Even the real ones don't tell us exactly what's going on yet. Any attempt to read into the scans is likely to lead us astray and give scum cover for pushing townies, allowing them to blame their votes on scans that ended up being fake. At the very least it encourages people to claim that they are or aren't actually cops, which you highlight yourself, and which is absolutely not what we want.

Think of the hypoclaims as they are now like an encrypted message. They contain useful information, but that information is obscured to the point that we can't understand it until we get the key (a dead cop's flip).
Did you miss the "please snip this post if you quote it" part?
I'm fine with doing your version, but you were just complaining about how will's hypo scan result, using your system, was useless.
[/quote]

I'm all into the hypo claiming but can we stop fucking talking about it now.

I'm arguing that we should still kill, to be clear. And that should say "we don't benefit".
