Given that I've only played a few games I find it hard to believe that history suggests that you are only good at catching scum D1 if sweetandcool is scum. I know you've played tons of games without me.

If I were scum, you would catch me regardless of what I do, so you using my comment that I would sheep you as a reason to suspect me seems incredibly disingenuous.

was in a meeting there and could not reply. I have progressions. I have talked about Hamilton. I mentioned how some of his statements seem odd. I quoted them in page 16. there is not much but his activity level matches where I would expect him to be as mafia.

I also asked snowy why he had hamilton as 1000% for vt claiming.

as for lack of progression on damo. damo made my list recently when I was mentioning low volume people. his posts about balki seems like he isnt reading the game and just wanted an easy thing to jump on to then disappear. it could also mean hes mafia with balki. But overall your assessment is wrong, there isnt alot of progression but its good enough for me.

I'll tell you all a fun story.

I thought the game started an hour later than it actually did. I was confused, I could have sworn it started 3 PST. So I go back and see that when the startime was listed, it correctly gave the time if you are British. But the time for the East Coast and West coast incorrectly indicated the start time (due to daylight savings, I assume).

I assume most people would look at it and if they were in the western hemisphere they would use the incorrect time and be late to the game. However, people in prechat would definitely be ready to post at game start.

Consequently, any players from the West hemisphere who were posting at game start are incredibly suspicious.

Particularly, brainbomb.

Upon re-read, I'm giving sweetandcool a bit of town credit for this. I can understand where he's coming from, and he seemed to have some conviction behind it. I don't have super strong feelings about this, but I want to write down a soft town lean here.

I copy pasted the line where he said 10pm BST and put it into google while I was working today. Had no idea wtf BST was in my time and google said 4pm central.

A reasonable explanation. And I'm sorry for suspecting you for such a silly reason.

The problem is, human nature. I think (and could be wrong), that most people would have verified the start day and time during signups. You would have seen all three times posted in the same sentence. I think it is extremely unlikely you would Google BST, when EST is listed and you could just subtract an hour. You would have seen that it starts at 5:00, and then you would have mentally told yourself it starts at the usual time.

At least, this is what I think most likely.

I see towniness in this post too. I don't agree with the opinion about the implications for Brain's alignment, but I see townysolviness.
