I kind of feel, given this setup, that there might be a lot of movement in voting each dayend. I need to read back through the details, but I think town would do well to stick their gut reads early on. Just a hunch but I haven't put any time into a deep consideration.
So, what type of movement would you think would look different from what we normally see at day end?

I could see wagons being larger than usual due to mafia hardsiding with town vs anyone who isnt on their team. Because the two teams are going to prefer anyone dying but their own guy. So, you might have a point there Hammy. however I dont think there would be more wagon movement than usual, especially if town takes the suggestion to just stay on their gut reads.

So, that whole thought feels a little muddy.

I am going to ignore the first half dozen pages.

Hi everyone.

Incontrovertible vanilla town here.
I believe my boy Brian from Ontario 1000%
Are you agreeing with him being 1000% vanilla town, or that he is going to ignore the first 6 pages. or both?

I am not too certain; I think ordinarily there's a flurry of movement with like a few minutes to go. My town head says to resist that urge to jump on runaway wagons.

Dang he got caught D1 only an hour in lmao

Balki kinda sus ngl... perhaps he is imposter? Once we eject him, perhaps we may find out? Unless Balki wishes to perform a Visual Task like med scan before the time runs out, I'm afraid I will have to

##VOTE Balki

I have a feeling this game is going to be incredibly easy for town.

MEAN MACHINE ANGEL
Each night, Mean Machine Angel's power is dependent on the number of votes that were on him at the end of the day which has just taken place:

- If there were 0 votes on him at EoD, he is entirely calm, has no night action, and will scan as if he is a Goon.
- If there were 1 or 2 votes on him at EoD, he may carry out a Night Kill.
- If there were 3 votes on him at EoD, he's Angry, and may carry out a Night Kill which cannot be prevented by any means.
- If there were 4 or more votes on him at EoD, he's in a Frenzy, he may carry out a Night Kill which cannot be prevented by any means, and he is invulnerable to any killing actions that night (including being Ignited, but he is not immune from being Primed).

Balki is first to hit 4 votes, and the wagon completely evaporated.

We may have our first candidate for being the mean machine

It was pretty spicy; certainly something to keep an eye on as we progress.

Hat tip for reading the setup.

GM NOTE:
To publicly answer a question / request for conformation, that I was asked in private earlier today:

- For both Dark Judge and Angel Gang members, there is a requirement to join the relevant Discord thread by the end of D1 at the latest.

- This was stated in the Role PM sent to each of the Angel Gang / Dark Judge players, as per the template Role PM given in Post #251 and Post #254 of the Sign-Up thread.

- It is also a requirement that all participating players must read their Role PM. This is stated on Page 1 of the Game Thread. Again, players should do this by the end of D1.

For the avoidance of doubt, I have no concern whatsoever about anyone failing to comply with these requirements. I am not posting them as a warning or reminder. I am posting this confirmation due to a question I was asked via PM.

kingofthepirates clearly doesn't understand the unspoken rule of "don't vote NoKill D1".
##VOTE KINGOFTHEPIRATES
Ah. I see. I’m very new to this, was not aware of this rule. I’m pretty lost rn tbh 😅. In light of this, I shall
##UNVOTE

I don’t know who to vote for though 🤔 due to not being familiar with normal mafia mannerisms 😅
No such rule exists

Hamilton feels kind of strange this game. maybe that means he’s town because he’s been mafia for a while? Idk

the fewer the wagons there are at EOD the less likely it is we have to deal with mean machine tonight. getting everyone to agree on this is gonna be pretty hard. but people choosing no kill in this situation would seem to be promoting a somewhat pro town strategy even if they were to end the day that way.

so you choose between spreading a wide range of options at end of day for voters, and promoting variety, but it risks adding an extra nk to the equation.

or you just have everyone consolidate on like two big ass wagons and try not to let this extra kp into the mix.

does anyone think this level of cooperation is realistic or could be agreed on?

Okay maybe this is dumb but hear me out

Maybe like, a half-hour before EOD, we could pre-vote a target. Whoever has the most votes at 1:30pm PST would be the person we decide to kill. At that point we could ALL vote who we decided on

Hmm wait maybe it could work in theory

Maybe we all decide an hour before EOD? That would give everyone time to change to our consensus vote

Actually I rescind my townread on sweet. Mafia can also genuinely try to solve because there’s 3 parties. I missed this.

So the main way we are going to be able to solve this game is through flips and mechs.
Mafia try to appear to genuinely solve and can very often succeed in doing so. This is a weird statement. It feels like non-town Will trying to figure out how to be scum in a three way game.
What Will is describing is a fundamental difference between this game and most games. If he's scum, he almost certainly realized that during night chat and is acting as a townie figuring it out.

Yeah kotp is town.

Mafia kotp would try to blend in and would probably be coached in mafia chat

Kotp is absolutely NOT mafia, and I’m not even saying this because I want to defend him. Genuinely not mafia.

Consolidation in the final moments seems like it's strictly good here.
