short answer: yes, and probably

long answer: there are much more than, but talking about only this community, there are indeed more than one discord server; though you would only need to access the most recent and active one, since all others are just previous permutations that didn't reach the full level and hence failed to become the server; also, there might or might not be a permanent invite to this server, maybe in the the pinned thread, I do not have a link nor do I know where exactly such a link might be. I'm sure someone in here can put this link in here or PM it to you, most likely candidates are dargo or ghug, but I'm also not 100% sure of that.

If you have some disposable income, you could get a cheap mobile contract with some data plan and use discord over that? Though, I guess depending on your country, that might not be a good idea.

But at least, that way, any IP ban should be circumvented since the mobile thing does use another IP address? I guess? Or am I wrong about that too?
