I will wait a little bit to allow more free guesses to come in, and then answer this.

Since you won't answer my Question 20 immediately (and since I have to log off for a while), I hope you won't mind me using one of the five post-Q20 guesses now:
John Bardeen, winner of TWO Nobel Prizes in Physics, 1956, 1972.

Eh, we'll just skip ahead to that point and give it to you.
Congratulations! John Bardeen, the winner of more Nobel Prizes in Physics than anyone else, is correct!

I like seeing the 20 questions games come around on my forum feed, but I do dislike that I'll have to get smart and win one of these to be the QM.

And also the inventor of the transistor, without which we would not be playing this game. Or doing much of anything.Congratulations! John Bardeen, the winner of more Nobel Prizes in Physics than anyone else, is correct!
I'll have another game up shortly.

Was that last question intended for the current game (#226)? If so, ask it again there and I'll answer it.
